Several IAS in Maharashtra
planning to quit Several IAS officicers in Maharashtra are said to be
preparig themselves to put in their papers. A couple of IAS officers have already
quit. What could be the reason? Sundaram's book released MKS
Sundaram, IAS (1997), UP Cadre, has published his book " Redefining Interviews-A
Compendium for Civil Services Interviews". Sundaram is presently Ghaziabad
DM. It was released at Jhansi by the Commissioner Jhansi, Shanker Agarwal IAS.
Why
delay in CBDT transfers ? The orders of CCIT already delayed by over a
month remain a subject matter of intense lobbying and are said to be linked with
deep rooted vested Interests and lack of transparancy by CBDT and the Department
of Revenue. Singh to continue as CCIT Indications are that
UP Singh, Chief Commissioner Income Tax in Delhi will continue on the post till
his retirement in June.

is about a matter which has been agitating my mind for long, namely, the selection
of Chairmen and Members of various Commissions, Tribunals, etc. Notwithstanding
the fact that procedures have been laid down for selection there is not the least
transparency or fair play in the actual selection. How does one explain the fact
that much before even the search committees have been constituted, leave alone
a meeting being held, the world seems to know who will be "selected"?
This has happened with the Electricity Regulatory Commissions, the Central Administrative
Tribunal and others. I wouldn't be surprised if the same scenario is witnessed
while "selecting" the "Regulator" under the Petroleum and
Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006. Shouldn't the criteria or reasons for
selecting a particular person from among the applicants or panel be made known?
B N Shah Aaj Ki Aawaz
BJP brought in POTA
and Congress repealed POTA, Congress has brought in Quota and if BJP comes
to power it will repeal Quota. Quota in moderation is what the good Doctor
should order
. but problem is that the good Doctor is not writing the
prescription!!! Merit should not be bypassed
.. imagine you are on the Operation
table and you come to know that the Doctor is a Quota beneficiary
. there
are chances you will run out of the OT even though you are nanga-panga!!!! There
is no doubt that 'level playing' field is required for the disadvantaged
..
but ultimately it should be merit that is the clincher!!!! If this is not done
very soon you are going to have Quota Doctors, Quota Managers, Quota Engineers
this Quota matter needs a rethink
why stifle merit??????
Do you want India to turn from excellence to mediocrity ??? Nut has taken
out his pea shooter again, Trying his level best to make Congress wince in
pain!!! Nut says May is a good month to be born in
.he says that he
is in august Company
. many famous people were born in May. He forgets that
his name figures in the infamous people born in May list !!! In a column Nut bashes
the Americans
. of course for Commie consumption!!! Uses every opportunity
to let the Commies know that he was born in the same month as Karl Marx
..by
the way Nut ji Ayatollah Kommeini was also born in May and so was Kennedy's assassin.
Nut is trying his level best to buddy up with the Commies
. don't be surprised
if he gives you a Laal Salaam when you meet him!!! Amrinder winces when
you take the name of Jagmeet Brar, Brar being a grass root politician has realized
that Amrinder is leading Congress to haar!!! In villages of Punjab they
say that Amrinder is a 'election daddoo' (frog), who they get to see only when
elections come!!! Amrinder's one liners in newspapers are laughed at
. something
like the Emperor's Clothes!!! There are rumours that Amrinder may be booted in
a month's time so as to counter the unpopularity he's brought to Congress in Punjab
.
to counter massive anti incumbency!!! Plus Amrinder is not a good campaigner!!!
Basically Amrinder's problem is the paucity of time
.Governenace ke liye
mille theh paanch saal
dhaee ( 2 ½) taiyaar ( getting ready
dressing
up etc. ) honne mein beeth gaye aur dhaee aish aur moj and masti mein!!!! The
Censor Board should not have cleared the Da Vinci Code
galath baath, Behind
the movie is atheist lobby ka haath!!! The Producers say the movie is a
work of Fiction and the viewers are informed of this at the very start
a few seconds Disclaimer is not going to wipe out three hours of brain washing.
Movies that hurt the sentiments of any Religion should be banned
. and then
why should we ape the west, where they put pictures of Gods and Goddesses on undies
and even on shoes!!!! Why not be trendsetters
.. this is a multi-religion
Society and we do not allow this kind of crap
. be it any religion!!!! The
Da Munshi Code on Da Vinci be trashed
.. and the Censor Board should be asked
to either order cuts or ban the movie
. plain and simple!!! Where is
Amar ' Tout' Singh
.. missing, Last seen in Taj Mansingh's
loo pissing!!! Amar Singh's Third Front turned out to be a nonstarter and
now he's gone underground and even switched off his mobile
. mobiles to be
precise!!! Amar is now going to start working on the Commies
. he's planning
to throw a bash for them in Nepal
he taking them on a Nepal Holiday
.
Amar Singh is also requested his designer buddies to come up with a designer jhola
, which he is going to sling across his shoulder. And he is no longer going to
move about in his Land Cruiser
.. from now on it's the humble Ambassador
that will be his vehicle. And he's moving away from Bollywood and going to Kollywood
(Kolkata's Bengali Film Industry)
move over Jaya Pradha
.some
doe eyed Bengali actresss is going to be the new girl in Amar Town!!! Bharat
