Bureaucratic circles in Delhi are agog with rumours of the Cabinet Secretary , BK Chaturvedi, going to replace TKA Nair who is now Principle Secretary to PM. This has happened once in 1989 when BG Deshmukh, then Cabinet secretary, replaced Ms. Sarla Garewal, after his retirement.

UPA second year results…. Praful and PC are on the top followed by Kapil and Laloo,
Laloo is an example that it pays to be chaloo!!!

Railways has done well despite Laloo and this is a fact!!!! Had fate not intervened Railways would be stuck in Laloo's populist dramas….. kullads and khadi!!! But Laloo got engrossed in Bihar and left the reins to Railway Officials. Nitish had proposed some innovative measures but could not implement these as the elections pulled the plug on the NDA Ministry!!! These proposals were followed and Railways did a turnaround. Also please do not forget that with the 'tezzi' in business freight also picked up!!! Laloo has proved that the lesser the political interference the better the results!!!!

Manmohan Sarkaar has got a 57% in its second year PAT ( Performance and Aptitude Test),
Not done too well if you compare with the scores of our Nation's kids in CAT!!!!

Manmohan needs to take class of his Cabinet……..prices have shot up manifold, the oil sector has been mishandled, reservation has put the Nation in a tizzy……. and Manmohan Ji you need to tell Sonia that 'spare the axe and spoil the Mantri'!!!! CMP should now be converted to Contain to Minimum Pangas!!!!

Please keep in mind the Sensex has made 9800 as a low ….the volatility is far from over,
So would not be a bad idea if the small investors and day traders ran for cover!!!

PC and RBI assure the Share Market that there is enough liquidity in the system…. they forget that this market is like a sponge and the liquidity will be absorbed in a jiffy. When the Markets touched dizzying heights PC or RBI did not advice the small Investors to be cautious and now when the markets are falling both are advising small investors to stay invested…….. play stuck in the mud!!!!! A day trader reflected the mood by saying that Pizza and Sandwich days were over …. now its back to the good ole Vadaa Pau!!!! Laloo had once called PC as Punter Chidambram ..... rather than being a cheerleader for the Sensex and Nifty PC should distance the MF from the Markets……. treat it like any other business!!!! And the Sensex or Nifty is not the yardstick to performance of MF!!!! So PC should stop keeping one eye on the Sensex and Nifty all the time.... otherwise he's going to end up with a squint.

There is no doubt the FIIs are here because of the tax exemptions…..mostly hedge funds are here,
And they could wind up and disappear and this is a genuine fear!!!

Hedge funds can go on a buying spree and offload in a jiffy….. hedge funds are very volatile by nature!!!! Commies are right to demand that its time they are taxed for profits they make…… they have to be treated at par with any Indian Stock Broking Company!!! In fact now the FIIs are in a position that they literally bully the Government…… look at the CBDT circular…… PC tested the waters and the FIIs gave the Sensex and Nifty bloody noses!!! Confucius says…… Never listen to people who jobs depend on the Share Market….. they can never be true to you!!!! Examples: Business Channel Anchors, Dalals, Investment Bankers!!!!!
