Recent transfer order of Director level officers of ISS had reinforced

residency index. Though such noble move had been appreciated by most of
the officers who had served in more than one station, however quite a
sizable chunk who had never moved out of Delhi felt its tremor and started doing the best of their PR exercise in order to avoid getting dislodged due to promotion in the offing.

I still remember that toppers in civil service till early 1980s join IFS and IAS used to be 2nd choice. I know lot of IAS officers who are in IAS just because they could not make it to IFS as their ranks were lower.
It is pity if the trend has changed because India should be represented by the best of the best. However its nice to know that for the last four years again people in top ranks have started opting IFS as first preference.

Nut says that Justice Pathak is going beyond his brief,
Says that he had been promised that Inquiry would be fast and brief!!!

Now Nut has trained his guns on Justice Pathak …. but as we all know now Nut has just used cartridges for ammunition….. these just make noise and nothing else. Nut still feels that Congress will rehabilitate him…. Nut in blunderland!!!! Nut made enemies in Congress by the dozen….. Nut's strike rate at making enemies was and is really one of the highest amongst Indian Politicians.!!!!

Sonia is right when she says that Centre has the will,
And is willing to foot the UP developmental bill!!!

But SP is not interested….. SP is up to its games as usual…….. no wonders many say that SP means…… Sabotaging Party…… willing to spite its people ( UP ki Public) to get back at Congress and Sonia!!!! SP has the unique distinction of politicking in Governance…. no wonders many say that SP means Shamming Party. And then there is the allegation that SP has made tons and tons of money…….. no wonders people say SP meaning Swindling Party.

DMK has promised color TVs …… from where are they going to get the money????

As the race is neck to neck both AIADMK and DMK are going all out to woo the Public with promises!!! Public is requested to pay heed to their 'Red Herring Perception' …..Politicians propose and Public is supposed to suppose...nothing more nothing less!!!!
