The manner in which Bahujan Samaj Party(BSP) supremo Bahin Mayawati has made a U turn from the Congress and her overtures to the Bhartiya Janata Party(BJP) have left Congress leaders squirming. This would certainly lead to rolling of a few heads in the Congress.

Take action against Rajasthan CM and Minister
This is disgusting, to say the least. It calls for disciplinary action by the BJP high command against the minister as well as the chief minister. The party should also issue a directive prohibiting such vulgarity in politics amongst its cadres. Even the RSS should come down with a heavy hand on such defilers.

Performance based remuneration -how?

How to measure the achievement? There are very few measurable indicators to assess the degree of performance in all kinds of situation? It will be very difficult in research oriented Department .It may be simple in revenue earning Department .Then we have to see how law or posting is helping him or them to get the revenue. It is very difficult again. According to me best measure would be to write a an examination followed by interview for each promotion at the Higher level . Weightage for final assessment :For ACR 25% (this will take care of your achievement) , For Examination 40% (knowledge level ) and For interview 35% (personality etc.) .ACR should be an open document to officer and the boss as it is done in UN offices. No body should take it for granted that once entered into a class-I service his promotions are almost certain if he or she maintains a reasonable good relationship with his or her boss.

They spent a couple of days and nights on the farm of what would be considered a very poor family.
On their return from their trip, the father asked his son, "How was the trip?"
"It was great, Dad."
"Did you see how poor people live?" the father asked.
"Oh yeah," said the son.
"So, tell me, what did you learn from the trip?" asked the father.
The son answered:
"I saw that we have one dog and they had four.
We have a pool that reaches to the middle of our garden and they have a creek that has no end.
We have imported lanterns in our garden and they have the stars at night.
Our patio reaches to the front yard and they have the whole horizon.
We have a small piece of land to live on and they have fields that go beyond our sight.
We have servants who serve us, but they serve others.
We buy our food, but they grow theirs.
We have walls around our property to protect us, they have friends to protect them."
The boy's father was speechless.
Then his son added, "Thanks Dad for showing me how poor we are."
Isn't perspective a wonderful thing? Makes you wonder what would happen if we all gave thanks for everything we have, instead of worrying about what we don't have.

Commies are going to press for review of SEZ act,
Say with Industry the Government has an unholy pact!!!

The biggest worry is agricultural land being diverted to SEZs!!! Hooda says not an inch of agricultural land has been acquired…….whereas the truth is something else!!! Hooda's boisterousness on the SEZ throws up a very important question????? Who is more powerful Mukesh or Sonia??? Because Sonia has said that Governments should not acquire land for SEZs whereas Hooda is doing just the opposite…..so in Hooda's perception Mukesh is Numero Uno!!! Or maybe Hooda will say that he stopped acquisition of land after Sonia's diktat ( which is also factually wrong)........ Hooda should realize what's wrong is wrong….. be it before Sonia spoke on the issue!!!! On the SEZ matter Hooda comes out as a SEZ…… Silly Enfant Zombie!!!

Amrinder with Dullo and his cavalcade looked more like a Shikaar trip!!! Village after village one could only see people living in misery…… the condition of the people really mocked the title of this rally!!! If the rally was such a success then what was the need for Amrinder's PR team to 'cut and paste' crowds in the Yatra pics???? They say Amrinder has got four surveys done by different Agencies and in all four Surveys he's come out as a huge looser!!! This Yatra would have confirmed this to him!!! This was actually his 'bye bye' Yatra!!! In his heart he sang…. so long farewell I have to run away, because for revenge many Akalis are going to bay!!!
