Who stopped PM from releasing 'Panchayat' report?
Panchayat Minister Mani Shankar Iyer wanted the PM to release the first volume of the report on the 'State of Panchayat' on the completion of his two and a half year tenure on November 22. But the I&B Minister Priya Ranjan Dasmunshi saw to it that the PM does not releases it, it is said. Rumours are that it is simply a 'revenge' as earlier Iyer has acted, more or less, in a similar manner with Dasmunshi in one important matter.

Indian High Commission to outsources Visa work

Undisputedly it wasn't a good news for the Bollywood and his kin besides fans that Sanju Baba whose carrier is at its zenith was convicted by the Mumbai court for illegal possession of AK-56,while acquitting him of charges relating to Mumbai bomb blasts.Whose hidden hand was there in such a dicey situation,that "Gandhigiri"triumphed.Only the lady at 10 Janpath knows about that man.

It's a misnomer about Bungalows in Delhi
It is a misnomer that the government officers are being given bungalows. The following statistics will indicate this:
In Delhi there are about 1205 DII (3 bedroom flats), 664 DI and 468 bigger flats(CII). In such flats, which are mostly in Central Delhi, officers of the level of Directors and above (ie those having put nearly 8 years of service) are eligible to stay. It would be shocking to know that close to about 50 per cent of these flats have been ear marked to only IAS/IPS and Indian Forest Service officers. Breakup is as under:

CII 203(IAS/IPS/IFS) 265(other services)
DI 322 (IAS/IPS/IFS) 342(other services)
DII 322(IAS/IPS/IFS) 883(other services)

Other services include all services including civil services (IRS, IC&CES, IA &AS etc.), Judicial services, Doctors, Professional and so on. As a result it may be seen that as against 'bungalows' today a government officer does not have a proper flat to stay.

Similar is the case with states also. In such places also it is the IAS/PCS/ Police and forest officers who are having 'bungalows' or a proper and decent flat. All other services are just managing. Therefore, it will be wrong to hold that officers are staying in bungalows and are really enjoying the feudal perks.

The sixth pay commission should take into account such factor which a major cause of frustration to officers of different services. This is because on the wrong notion while pay scales are being restricted, at the same time the already benefited services manage to get higher pay scales vis-a-vis there colleagues in other services.

Punjab government had exempt from loans the wealthy industrialists and those industrialists who expand their business and are quite capable of repayment from the loans. Why not use these funds by exempting loans to farmers/weaker section of society or for children education/health. Thanks if u can convey these feelings.

An elderly Chinese woman had two large pots, each hung on the ends of a pole, which she carried across her neck. One of the pots had a crack in it while the other pot was perfect and always delivered a full portion of water. At the end of the long walk from the stream to the house, the cracked pot arrived only half full. For a full two years this went on daily, with the woman bringing home only one and a half pots of water. Of course, the perfect pot was proud of its accomplishments. But the poor cracked pot was ashamed of its own imperfection and also unhappy that it could only do half of what it had been made to do. After years of what it perceived to be bitter failure, it spoke to the woman one day by the stream. "I am ashamed of myself, because this crack in my side causeswater to leak out all the way back to your house." The old woman smiled, "Did you notice that there are flowers on your side of the path, but not on the other pot's side?" "That's because I have always known about your flaw, so I planted Flower seeds on your side of the path, and every day while we walk back, you water them." "For two years I have been able to pick these beautiful flowers to decorate the table. Without you being just the way you are, there would not be this beauty to grace the house." Each of us has our own unique flaw. But it's the cracks and flaws we each have that make our lives together so very interesting and rewarding. You've just got to take each person for what they are and look for the good in them. SO, to all of my crackpot friends, have a great day and remember to smell the flowers on your side of the path! Mulayam knows he's on a loosing wicket!!! So now he's trying that at least SP gets to play the role of King Maker!!! The only prospective King who could be willing to take SP's support is BJP….. of course the support would be tacit!!! Mulayam's other agenda is to ensure that Mayawathi does not come to power and for this he's willing to do anything!!! Basically BJP and BSP make the ideal Coalition as neither one of them spawns on the other's Vote Bank!!! But BJP has burnt its fingers , hands up to the armpits, allying with Mayawathi!!! No wonders in BJP is BSP when it comes to Mayawathi ….. Bhenji Se Pareshan!!

SC Order has put Mayawathi into a quandary,
For the Prosecution this is like hitting a boundary!!!

But the Order means that the proceedings will start from scratch!!! Mayawathi is least bothered about the Order having a negative impact on her prospects in UP because she's going to tell her Vote Bank this a 'chaal' by Manuwaad forces to cripple the Bahujan Samaj!!! Today she's more concerned about collecting funds!! There in no doubt that today Mulayam is SP ……. Seriously Pareshaan!!! Amrinder has been a troublesome CM and his continuance has been more becuase a replacement could not be decided upon. This conviction carries a maximum sentence of five years... too stiff for his offence!!!!
