This man called Palani sounds really funny. He must have mustered courage to speak out on touching feet of politicians. He has totally ignorant of the fact that IAS has been working in socialistic model of working when there was no competition from any other quarter. System made you believe big. Why trying to compete with other services, show some courage to compete with ministers who don't come through civil services exam.

Do we have to wait ?
We know that power has tendency of perpetuating itself, so are the people who occupy the posts of power. In our system, IAS has been occupying that place and they do everything to perpetuate. The sum total result of this perpetuation was aptly summarised by T N Sheshan. Every conscientious person feels that this situation needs to be made more merit and accountability oriented. The question is how it can be done when the same ilk is supposed to process it. Do we have to wait for some Platonic era to come or as a nation we have enough resolve do start doing now, before we head for chaos.

UP is a case for President's rule… haaltah is very kharaab,
But if UP is put under President's rule then the same should be done in Punjab!!!

The situation in UP is worsening every day!!! Mulayam and his goondas are making life hell for people in UP!!!
