Discrimination against other services in empanelment

Regarding the 6th pay commission, I would like the other services to fight against discrimination in empanelment whereby non-IAS batches are empanelled two years after their IAS batch mates. This is an example of crass hegemony perpetrated by the IAS in the style never seen since the time of the British. There is no logic behind this system and it has to be scrapped as it is primarily a method to keep other services out of senior appointments. It places excellent officers from other services at a great disadvantage primarily by ensuring that they would retire even before getting a chance to be empanelled as secretary. Currently 1973 batch IAS are being empanelled and this ensures that only officers of 1971 batch of other services and having two years service left qualify. This brings down the potential applicants to a handful. One of the current members of the pay commission is an IAAS officer. Hopefully this discrimination would end.

Also, I am not the person who mentioned touching the feet of the IAS. I think it is the biggest joke that I have heard in a long time from a group that are adept at touching the feet of politicians. I was told that one the principal jobs of the Chief Secretary's job in Bihar was to carry Laloo Yadav's spitoon.

Good advisors or Sycophants?

For a political leader it is a Hobson's choice- whether to have good advisors or sycophant. The latter variety is favoured because they do not miss any opportunity to sing praise for even absurd ideas and views. The leader cannot afford to look foolish to a good advisor. A good advice may be inconvenient and hard to ignore. On the other hand if there is no advice contrary to the view of the leader there is no risk of being alleged to be self opinionated.

AaJ Ki Aaawaz

Media and Public have shown what happens when they become naaraz,
Now for the 1984 victims both should raise their aawaz.

Media and Public showed their naraazgi for the injustices in the Priyadarshani , Jessica and Katara cases and the Government and Judiciary had to take notice!!! What about the injustice to the 1984 riot victims???? More than 3000 people murdered…. some in the most heinous manner!!! Unless and until the murderers and those who aided and abetted them are not brought to book there can be no closure!!! Tytler and Sajjan have the blood of Sikhs on their hands and should not be allowed to get away!!!!

Mulayam Singh needs to get a reality check done,
He needs to reevaluate the Properties owned by himself, his wife and his son!!!

Mulayam has submitted the value of nine Properties to the SC….. grossly undervalued!!!! Is there some way that the SC can add 10% to the declared values and acquire the Properties???? Mulayam is going through an evaluation crisis in his life!!! He's under evaluating his properties and over evaluating his popularity!! Don't know if SC can correct his undervaluation of his Property….. but on the overvaluation of his popularity seems the upcoming UP elections will correct his estimation…. he's in for a rude shock!!!!

Public opinion is that Amrinder should use his chopper for his 'Load Show'!!!
As he nears his intended stops his chopper can just fly low!!!!

Punjabis say that for his entire tenure he's been flying over then in his Chopper so now why does he want to do his Load Show on road??? He's never had the time to meet them during his tenure….. so now does he want to meet them???? As per the present schedule Amrinder will be using the Chopper to return to base every evening and then return to the Yatra every morning……. its not a Vikas Yatra but a Bakwaas Yatra!!!!

Nut is busy writing his book……. will vent his spleen,
Towards Sonia he's going to be very mean!!!

Sonia should expect meanness from Nut……she came to know of his chori and took stringent action and now is his Enemy Number One!!! Via his book Nut will do 'seena jori'!!!! He negotiating a deal with an Overseas Publisher……but the million dollar question is that in Bookshops in what section will the book be placed…… I feel fiction would be the appropriate section!!!!

Big Bluffmaster has been awarded a Doctorate,
On this we need to debate!!!

Doctorate in what???? The only expertise that he has is bluffing and a Doctorate in bluffing is more of an insult than an award!!! So Big B's Dr. means ……… Deceptive reputation….. he's not what he portrays himself to be and as he does a damn good job at doing this so he's been given the Doctorate…. Dr. ( Deceptive reputation) Amitabh Bachchan!!!

Mr. Pawar put the team's performance where your mouth is…… team's performance is going from bad to worse,
Like Gill is to hockey you are to Indian cricket….. a curse!!

Talk to Pawar's sidekicks Bindra or Modi all that they speak of is the money that they've brought in!! Hope Airtel's dropping Sachin as its Brand Ambassador will serve as a reminder to BCCI and the players that they cannot take things for granted!!! If the team keeps under performing there will very soon be a sponsorship famine…….. very soon the Team's uniform sponsor could be MDH Masalas…… what a come down it'll be?????

Delhi sealing will affect exports?
The current sealing drive in Delhi will have serious repercussions on the exports. Most of the exporters are operating from areas which have been ordered closure by the Supreme Court.
