October to be different !
Astrologically speaking October is likely to be a different kind of month this year.It does not often happen like this. All the major slow-moving planets-Saturn,Jupitor,Rahu and Ketu are changing this month, besides Mars,Mercury,Venus also. This unique occurrence is sure to have an impact on the lives of all .Saturn deporting from the watery sign Cancer is causing all kinds of epidemics. The tides will get down surely by the month end.Till then it is worrisome Chikungunia and things like that.
BJPs house will see some squabbling till the middle of October .Coming days for their Governments in states may see some rise in infighting.Rajasthan,Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh Chief Ministers have some harrowing time at hand. The last named may find the going the toughest .Delhi Government at Centre may not breathe easy the coming days. The boat will get uneasy as the waters around may get disturbed. The pessimists see some sinister happenings in political circles all over the country. Please wait and watch.

Hardly any "palak" in Police

I don't know the credentials of Mr. Raja Singh who has a view on IPS officers being appointed at NHRC.Least said the best. Surprisingly he is trying to ignore the fact that police is the only authority vested with the power to investigate criminal offences.A police officer has the insight of evaluation of evidences and intricacies. It is posssible that even ignorant persons may claim to be a master in this scientific evaluation as is being done regularly by media and the comman man.One should understand very clearly that things are best in the hands of specialists only.Unfortunately there are so many willing to be "malik" of police but there is hardly any "palak(guardian).

This is the state of affairs in CBEC

IRS customs, central excise and service tax officers are being reformed by transferring as per new transfer policy . But why the government is not promoting officers when there are vacancies. One Member CBEC post is vacant for last five months. Dozen posts of cheif commissioners are vacant due to non promotion batchmates are working as boss and subordinates. Fifty posts of commissioners are vacant and not even UPSC is apprised the matter. Ninety posts of Additional commissioner are vacant and Adcoh DPC done is kept in cold storage. Seventy joint commissioner posts are vacant but DPC done is not seeing the light. Around two hundred AC/DC posts are vacant . FM needs to interefere with the snails pace of work in CBEC and boost up the morale of the officers. Very fact that lot is written about IRS shows they are in great trouble Please understand . Why IRTS IIS IRAS IPoS are not agitated because the officers are not illtreated

Why to be harsh with IRS officers ?

It is shocking to see the modified transfer policy issued by the CBEC on 4th october 2006 wherein 6.5 puts a condition that no state government can requesition an officer by name. If deputations are allowed why such restrictions? No state government will allow CBEC to decide whom to take. Every one knows that there are officers from twenty central services who are competing for such posts and it is pride of CBEC that their fellow service officers are wanted by the CM or Minister in the state government. Why to be harsh with IRS officers .

Aaj Ki Aawaz

Manmohan Singh get real…… your child labor law harms kids the most,
And still on this law you try to boast!!!

Manmohan Singh needs to get out of his BMW and walk the streets of Delhi and do a reality check!!! Rather than helping kids vide this Law Manmohan is harming majority of the kids!!! All that is going to happen is that the beggar population is going to explode!!! Many families simply cannot afford to send their kids to school…. even if education is free!!! So Mr. Manmohan Singh get out of your citadel and do a reality check…… both on the micro and macro level on this issue you've flunked!!! And he should stop harping about the cure he has for out of job kids….. it's a quack's remedy!!!

Amrinder's stooge Singla is in a mood to spat with everyone,
And so is his dear son!!!

Recently Singla had a public spat with Badal!!! Badal was lamenting the shortcomings of the Amrinder Sarkaar and not able to bear the criticism Singla took the mike and started to spat with Badal!!! And now he's had a public spat with someone of his own Party!!! Like Singla there are quite a few loose cannons on MV Amrinder!!! And as MV Amrinder has started to list these loose cannons are rolling onboard and will blow a few holes in MV. Amrinder….. this is what loose cannons always do!!! And Sigla's son is known to enter into drunken spats in Hotel toilets….. the last one was because he was not allowed to take his pistol into a Hotel!!

In most of its forays REL is what you will call on the 'cutting edge of New Projects'!!
Only REL's strong financial muscle protects!!!

REL's Retail foray is the most risky……. Mukesh and gang have all fingers, toes and both legs and arms in crossed!!! And SEZs look damn good on the drawing board but there are many slips between the drawing board and reality!!! No doubt Mukesh is following Dhirubhai's business model….. whatever you do make sure its on a humongous scale!!! But then there is the law of probability…… and success is never guaranteed in business…. if it were all would be businessmen!!! Investors should refer to the Red Herring Reality Check!!!

What kind of Garibi Hatao is this???
There is a lot amiss!!!

First prices have shot up and now lakhs of families have kids who will no longer be able to contribute to the family kitty!!! The opportunity to learn a trade and then earn a living has been taken away!! Seems the Sarkaar thinks that just because there has been a considerable rise in the ranks of Indian Millionaires so things must be improving for on the lower rungs!!! Fact is the divide has got wider!!! Either this Sarkaar has something up its sleeve or its just working on a slogan to slogan basis!!!

The Mall bubble is building up for a grand burst,
And quite a few will go bust!!!

In India it's always been a 'bhed chaal'!!! As it looks the Mall Industry is in for a huge shakeup….. mortality will be high…… about 40%…….4 out of 10 Malls will flop…. and the Mall owners are going to realize that footfalls do not necessarily mean business….. in India fookat footfalls are more than the kind of footfalls Malls bank on!!!
