Suggestion for Sixth Pay Commission

I do hope that Sixth Pay Commission will review the existing system of working and allowance. In many departments / Offices, there is no need to attend office every day. Officers can be allowed to work from the home via active internet interaction. A particular day may be fixed to discuss the important matters. A quantum of work may be fixed week-wise / officer -wise. This will help developing importance of work , than mere presence. This will also reduce the cost of office maintenance to a great extent and will enhance the speedy disposal of work. In most of the cities, there is a scarcity of space for office accommodation which can be solved without much difficulty with working from home. Basic facilities like Telephone, Computer with internet connection ( with restricted use) can be provided at Govt. cost. All stationeries should be made a part of the salary by introducing monthly allowances. This will also solve the traffic problem and the kind of strain people put to reach offices.

When the spouse is also working in Govt. both should be treated independently for the purpose of benefits Viz., Accommodation, LTC, Home Loan etc. Only one HRA should be deducted as the facilities provided in Govt Quarters are very poor quality for that one HRA is more than sufficient.

Who shed tears ?

Refer to the article " Who Shed Tears" It is true that many policemen are laying their lives but then the moot question is that the public perception of police is that of uniformed Goondas. That is why no reaction and no tears. Some may consider it in bad taste but then this is the fact. Visit any police thana and they will be treating you only like a dirt. Even senior officers are rude and unhelpful. They work only if you are having right connections or you are having money bags.

Aaj Ki Aawaz

Will Pranab Da be the next MEA and will PC be the next Raksha Mantri??
Then who will be India's Finance's ka Santri????

Manmohan wants Pranab to be MEA…… Sonia is not in favour of Pranab as India's MEA!!! Pranab is not the diplomatic kind….. he's got a short fuse!!! We've seen his temper in Television Interviews….. Karan Thapar still has nightmares about him!!! But if this does happen then who will be India's FM???? Could it be possible that the good Doctor will keep this Portfolio with himself????

NCP and Congress relationship is on the rocks,
Both don't hesitate to rain verbally on each other socks ( punches)!!!

At the local level there is a lot of bickering ….. however High Commands of both Parties are quite!!! NCP wanted to join hands with Congress to oust Shiv Sena from Mumbai's Civic Body but Congress says it can do so on its own !!! And Pawar is responsible for the 'trust deficit' between the two Parties!!! He's the one whose been trying to cobble up a Third Front …… Pawar still aspires to be India's PM!!!! Viewing his track record as Indian Agriculture Minster , God forbid if Pawar does become India's PM God Save India and Indians!!!! NCP's Honcho or Not Competent Pawar would be a bad PM….. PM would then mean Putrid and Murky!!!!

Amrinder has postponed his ' Load Show',
His morale is running very low!!

Before embarking on the 'load show' Amrinder wants to make some announcements…… he knows that there is so much resentment against him that he's scared that his 'load show' could be stoned wherever it goes!!! Also as he's had no contact with the people of Punjab he's getting some training on how to behave when he comes in face to face contact!!!! Up to now the only contact Amrinder has with Punjabi is his one liner boasts in newspapers and the ads placed in newspapers!!!

CPI does not like UPA's 20 Point Programme,
Maybe they have a feeling that this Programme can get them into a jam!!!

No wonder CPI is saying that UPA's 20 point Programme lacks direction and thrust!!! Commies want the thrust to be in the direction that they point to!!! In fact many feel that CPI is now the Cacophonic Party of India…… all noise and nothing else!! And now they've come up with a gem…. they say their relationship with UPA is just a one night stand!!!

Sidhu Paaji is giving sleepless nights to the Kakas of Punjab!!!
Just listening to him they get bouts of 'julaab'!!!

Sidhu's got the pulse of Punjabis in his hand and he's got the gift of the gab!!! The Punjabi Political Kakas whether they get elected or do not they go into hibernation after the elections and surface just before the elections. Sidhu is sweating it out and is getting popular with the Punjabis….. and the Kakas are sweating under their collars!!!! In fact if Punjab gets a few more of Sidhu type of Politicians Kakas will fall down like cycles parked at Patiala's stands…… one nudge and all fall down one by one!!!
