It is strange that while transfers are being carried out in all Ministries across all levels , the PA's , Private Secretaries and PPS are being left out. Do the transfer policy do not apply to them or they are considered to inconsequential to merit any attention of the higher ups. If this is the thinking then I must add that it is big misconception. Let the Department of personnel take the lead in initiating the move.

An Ennobling Revolution Bureaucrats Can Bring About

Many of us educated Hindus do not know, as I did not, that the greatest
discovery that man can ever make was Advaita of Vedanta. It is that the
reality of man and that of God is one in His substance, nature,
capacity and
power. It is Vedic rishis most precious and therefore the surviving
gift. It
is because its minimum benefit is purification of the mind for its
empowerment to distinguish realities from unrealities that appear as
realities. It is called a vivaykee mind that invariably takes correct
decisions for benevolence and so frees man and society both from errors
that
cause all crimes, sins and disasters. A mind remains avivaykee by its
ignorance and daily practice of Advaita and its mind purifying
Brahmacharya
disciplines. These disciplines free us from shatt vikaaras that make us
blind,

A Himalayan example of avivaykee but Western educated mind is this. It
cannot see that the only reason for the survival of Hindu religion for
unknown times and for the end of all its mighty and proud contemporary
empires and civilizations despite their religions on which they were
based,
is the power of spirituality in Hinduism that is summed up in Advaita.
Advaita is the essence of simplicity and so the Vedic rishis imbued it
in
the natives for daily living in it. A professor taught me Vedanta and
Advaita in eight hours flat in two days. Please see 'Advaita' at
www.indianphilosophy.cc/addendum/. The power of spirituality in Advaita
converted followers of seven religions into its ethos love, translated
as
Ahinsa Parmo Dharma and created in all a mind empowered for creating
continual prosperity for sharing by all equally and for unimaginable
sacrifices till at least 1619 when the beggars from Europe reached rich
India under Jehangir.

The proof of this reality of power in unity was surfaced in the rock of
400
millions of eight religions by the spiritual power of Mahatma Gandhi in
five
years from 1916 when he reached India from South Africa to 1921 for the
Khilafat movement. This rock remained Advaitic (read ahinsic) for 26
years.
The few riots created by demented leaders did not disturb it.

The second Himalayan reality invisible to our avivaykee mind was this.
This
rock of 400 millions and its rulers the spiritual Gandhi ji, Azad and
Ghaffar Khan would remain in tact after freedom of a united India. This
rock
would have erased the communal disharmony not in this rock but only in
the
Avivaykee minds of non Advaitc leaders in both Hindus and Muslims. So
this
avivaykee mind caused our Partition. No person, party, policy, the
Brits or
Mountbatten caused our Partition. So the present divisive blame game
from
earlier than 1947 is the pastime of avivaykee minds. It only adds to
our
disasters.

This avivaykee mind thrust article 28(1) in the Constitution that reads
'(1) No religious instruction shall be provided in any educational
institution wholly maintained out of State funds.' This mind thereby
banished India's spiritual power from our children and perpetuated
avivayka
for our continual and rapid national regression in worthwhile values.

So, the third Himalayan reality invisible to this avivaykee mind is
this.
Advancement of Western education made our mind avivaykee in the
plethora of
Swamis and scholars in the Vedas, in Sanskrit and in Hinduism. They
cannot
see for 56 years that their first national duty is to start developing
vivaykee minds. This needed teaching their Dharma to all children of
eight
religions for the surfacing of that single spirituality for vivayka for
our
national power.

And here dear readers is the irony.

To save India from further disasters God's grace bestowed vivayka to a
bevy
of advocates and a few Judges of the Supreme Court to decide on 12
September
2002 that the accursed article 28(1) permitted teaching of religions
and
their philosophy. Religion comprises our beliefs that relate us to God
and
the answer to the question why I believe those beliefs as my religion
is the
definition of the philosophy of my religion.

Please permit me a personal note.

Born in 1917 a Mathur in Delhi's Urdu culture, shocked by ignorance of
Vedic
Heritage in Multinational culture of USA in 1985 and not finding a book
in
English defining or describing it for my living in it, I relied on
Tulsidas'
Ramayana. I was amazed by what I learnt and put it in a book summed up
in
two pages of 'Conclusions' that led me to five pages of 'Remedy' both
at
www.indianphilosophy.cc/addendum/. 'Remedy' arose from the above
Supreme
Court judgement.

From July 2003. I reached 165 MPs. 85 Principals of Private Schools,
over 80
Vice Chancellors, Editors of eight English national news papers, over a
100
IITians, 25 scholars of Hindu Religion and Philosophy and over 20 Sri
Swamis. Not one is interested in teaching Vedic Dharma to 250 million
Hindu
Children.

To me, Gandhiji's task to make India Swadeshi (read vivaykee) was not
allowed to be competed by the avivaykee mind of other leaders. His task
can
and will be completed only by Gandhij's India in the villages. It is
the
duty of the bureaucrats to take the message in 'Remedy' to rural voters
to
demand it from any candidate reaching for votes. Bureaucrats, I think
will
not violate their rules of service by imparting knowledge of our
heritage to
the people without showing favour to any candidate or party.

In four years, 'Remedy' as law in any state of India will start the
silent
grass root revolution of replacing this avivaykee Westernized mind by
Swadeshi empowered mind to set India for rapid world leadership. Insha
Allah.

Note 1. The reason why Muslim scholars sponsor 'Remedy' is because the
security of all minorities in a majoritarian democratic system as our
rock
of 400 millions showed is in the Advatic heart of the majority. So the
majority should learn Advaita and practise it for Muslims' security.

Note 2. Our avivaykee historians also strengthen avivayka in us. None
tells
us how the commoners lived, their aspirations, beliefs, and way of
life,
their joys shared in festivals, their secret for harmony and their
distance
as human beings from cruel rulers. I give one example. Dr. RC Mojumdar
in
3000 pages of our history from 1816 to 1950 has not devoted even five
pages
to the people, commoners and masses; these substantive words do not
appear
in 60 pages of indices of vols. 9, 10 and 11 of 'A History of the
Culture
and People of India,' published by Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan. He found
only
five Hindu Muslim riots by and from within the locals and not
instigated by
outsiders or engineered by the Brits and all from 1830 to 1890, in the
whole
country, that caused only16 deaths.

Note 3. I hope my next book 'Indian Heritage - Oneness in Hindus and
Muslims by Advaita and Vahdat and the Ancient Science of Empowered
Mind'
will reach the market for school students by the end of October 2006.
Its
steel back comprises 320 couplets teaching us Tulsidas' science of
empowered
mind in the Ramayana. Verses or part of 295 verses from the Holy Qur'an
endorse each lesson from the Ramayana. All Higher Secondary Schools
can get
a copy for the school library for inquisitive students. The book is
endorsed
by an internationally known Indian Islamic scholar.

Seems the Forbes Panel takes decisions while guzzling Pepsis…their evaluation mode is not right!!!!
They've not been able to see Sonia's true height!!!

Because if they had they would have not put Nooyi ahead of Sonia in its Most Powerful Women List!!!! Sonia is the President of Congress that is in power in India…. seems Forbes did not consider India's population, status and budget…… and Sonia has a decisive say in all spheres!!!!

Manmohan says that he's an accidental Politician….says he wanted to teach!!!!
But then perforce this wish he had to breach!!!

So Manmohan Ji agrees that he took a wrong turn perforce and ended up in politics!!!! He's not done too badly in Politics and his entry , though perforce, into politics has proved to be a boon for India!!!! As he does not 'sleep, eat and drink' politics I'm sure in the future he will take a turn, this time willingly, and come back to his original route….. teaching!!!!

What message does this send????

The message is that even the Center has taken cognizance of Amrinder and his Ministers foreign jaunts must be put to a stop!!!! While Punjab Government runs to the Center for funds to compensate the families of farmers who have committed suicide Amrinder and his Ministers empty the Punjab Treasury with their foreign jaunts and other unwarranted expenses!!!! And Kushwant Singh was awarded Punjab Ratan by Punjab's Blot…..from Amrinder Singh this award he got!!!! Nowadays in the Press you get to see photographs of a morose looking Amrinder… gone is the smile and the smirk……..seems reality has finally dawned on him!!!!

A lot of questions this raises!!!!

Mulayam has been trying all tricks in the book for popularity and now he's forced some Officials to sing his praises!!! Pehelwans are known to lack gray matter and Mulayam is a classical case!!!! Cardinal rule of Governance is that you do not get the Bureaucracy involved in Politics…. at least not openly!!!!

DLF has withdrawn its IPO……. why????
Is it because DLF Head Honcho was declared as India's richest guy!!!!

They say that Singh's calculations of his so said wealth were based on 'non existing' wealth!!!! The evaluation was based on the land and the envisaged development on the land!!!! Some say that Singh's new status and DLF's plans clashed with Reliance's ego and plans…. all of a sudden Singh found opened doors closing!!!! Now DLF say that they are waiting and watching to re-launch the IPO……. in simpler terms 'no chance in the foreseeable future'!!!!
