We all know that any change at any level at any time in government has minimal effect as the offices are not run by a single officer but by a whole lot of official. Therefore giving fixed terms on certain posts and extension are basically giving benefit to the particular officer who are toeing the line of their political masters. It is not good from any angle except to the individual officer. It is high time that the Hon'ble Supreme Court interven if the executives fail to do so in order to have 'Good Governance' in the country and give relief to those officers who are deprived of promotion which they are due. This appeal to all those who have retired and given protection from retirement for some years on certain posts that'kindly leave'. The list is not available but I think retired officers serving on number of posts would be more than the regular posts for serving officers.

As of today Quota has failed,
So why as an affirmative tool is Quota being hailed???

The latest Government statistics leads to the startling conclusion that Quota as an affirmative action may need serious consideration. The figures show that other backward classes (OBCs) account for only 3.9 per cent of the Central Government services, notwithstanding 27 per cent quota for them since 1993. The undeserving have benefited. The results show either there is faulty implementation or there is a shortage of suitable backward candidates!!!!

Natwar after getting ED's Notices is hopping mad,
Says that 'Bang Natwar' is the Sarkaar's new fad!!!

And Amar Item Boy Singh his PR(square)O …… Public Ranting and Raving Officer is talking to the Press off the camera as of now!!!! If Nut's that innocent then he should just reply to the Notices to prove his innocence…… the proof of his innocence should be in his response to the ED!!!! Why is he going to the Press????? No wonders he's got the nickname Nut!!!!

India Today's Poll has put Punjab at the top,
Fact is Amrinder Sarkaar is just cutting the previous Governments planted crop!!!!

Previous Governments have worked and the efforts have culminated during this Sarkaar's term… though Amrinder's ad campaign will not give credit where it is due but instead heap the credit where it s not due!!!! But the India Today Poll also throws up some questions….. how can the State that has been awarded the Infrastructure and Best Performer Crown be so low ( second last) when it comes to ' Physical Fitness'…… availability of electricity and all weather roads connecting villages??? And then in the growth chart how come Punjab comes in the last five???? But India Today has given Amrinder the fabled Emperor's Clothes and he's wearing these to town!!!

News is that in the upcoming Punjab elections Amrinder will not lead,
Of course for votes he will be allowed to plead!!!!

Manmohan Singh recently called for info on various Projects in Punjab. Seems Manmohan is preparing to lead Congress in the upcoming Punjab elections!!! This time Manmohan Singh is going to be Congress's USP in the Punjab elections!!!! So the high funda Rath that Amrinder is planning for himself will be used by Manmohan!!!! This is also a clear indicator that for all purposes Amrinder is 'out'…… if Congress wins then Amrinder will be left out…. and if Congress looses Amrinder will move out …. Dubai, London, Singapore (ranked as per his preference)!!!!

Farroukk Abdullah the one time absentee CM tried to come back to power again,
But all are wary of him because he's considered as a big pain!!!

When the recent PDP and Congress crisis brewed Abdullah was quick to offer his support to Congress….. if this would have happened then in the upcoming reshuffle Abdullah would have forced Congress to appoint him the MEA……. as we all know Abdullah's agenda was, is and in all probability will continue to be ….. me, my and mine!!!! He says he misses his motorbike days……he's made up a list of heroines who he would like to ride pillion with him at the handle!!! He says that if he were do become President then Rashtrapathi Bhavan would have hostesses from Bollywood…. says if we have them then we should flaunt them!!!!

Sharad Pawar says that he works his Mantri Office from 9.45 to 6,
But problem is that in his work cricket game karta hai mix!!!!

And some say that the mental dedication ratio is 70:30…… 70 for cricket and 30 for his Ministerial responsibilities!!!! He can say what he wants but he bungled the food scenario and the price spurt blame lies on his doorstep!!!! And not that things are back to normal…… prices are still going up and wheat prices are expected to shoot up!!! Of course he blames the spurt on Derivative Trading in commodities….. seems he could not 'call' this outcome and 'put' some remedial action in place… he was too involved in cricket….. and because of this aam aadmi got bowled out!!!!
