In Dehradun Vajpayee did not attend the inaugural function but the way his Party men awaited his arrival and were disappointed at his skipping this function showed the stature of Vajpayee in BJP!!! The other person in demand was Narendra Modi…… he is an iconic figure within BJP!!! But reality is that Godhra is Modi's stumbling block to become a National Leader!!!! One thing is for sure that BJP is Bhartaiya Jamwanoo (Gurjrathi for eating) Party……. food is an integral part of every BJP Meet!!!!

The next time you buy atta and find the prices have gone up by 20% from your previous purchase, do remember that it's all because of a game called cricket!!!! Pawar was too busy with BCCI and ignored the warning bells for an impending wheat shortage!!! And later when he saw the global prices going up he got the specs modified but to no avail…. it was too late!!! Today India faces an acute wheat shortage and the blame for this shortage lies squarely on Pawar's shoulders!!! Pawar should resign as President of BCCI….. his Office of Distraction is costing us very dearly!!!! Or if he is so attached to BCCI then he should resign his Cabinet Post!!!

Indian offers Big discounts for Small and Medium Enterprises

In a pioneering effort in the country's aviation industry, Indian has tied-up with American Express to offer big benefits to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) who are American Express Corporate Card holders.
A novel scheme " SME Discount" has been introduced today, whereby the corporate or charge card holders in the SME segment will get attractive discounts and prizes for travel on domestic and international flights of Indian. The scheme is valid till 31st January 2007. In addition to this discount will be the "Deep Discounted Fares" of upto 60% announced every month on select sectors/flights operating on domestic sectors.
Based on the volume of business generated during the offer period, Indian will offer 60 free tickets for travel on its network, to winners after the scheme closes. Also on offer are 60 room nights at Trident Hotels, courtesy Amex.
The SME discount is available on tickets purchased in INR or USD, for travel on domestic and international sectors. Easy Fares under K, T and V classes on domestic sectors have also been brought under the scheme's ambit. Cardholders will be entitled to 10% discount on Economy class full fare ticket and 15% discount on an Executive class full fare ticket, for domestic sectors. Similarly, on international sectors, 10% and 15% discount is available on carrier fares, wherever applicable, in Economy and Business class, respectively. Easy Fares under K, T and V classes on domestic sectors will attract a 3% discount. Tickets issued under SME discount will qualify for full FFP mileage points, as also for all schemes and promotions introduced by Indian from time to time.
