They are Mssrs: P J Bazeley(Assam), Dr A K Biswas(Bihar), Gulab Singh (Haryana), S Krishna Kumar(Karnataka), P T Ao (Nagaland), L R Sailo (TamilNadu), Ravi Mathur ,V K Malhotra and A K Tandon (Uttar Pradesh) and Supriya Kar ( West Bengal).

Five IPS officers are superannuating by this month end. They are Mssrs: A K Shrivastava (Andhra Pradesh), D S Rajpal (Chhattisgarh), Y R Patil (Karnataka), Lalit Bhatia (Punjab) and R B Sharma (Rajasthan).

Empanelment of 1980 batch IPS officers to the rank of Joint Secretary in the Government of India is expected to take place in a couple of months.

Chairman of the Food Corporation of India, V K Malhotra, is superannuating by this month end. He is 1970 batch IAS officer of Uttar Pradesh cadre.

Rajesh N Prasad, presently High Commissioner of India to Ghana, has been concurrently accredited as the next Ambassador of India to Togo with residence in Accra (Ghana).

Upma Srivastava appointed RC Sikkim

Ms Upma Srivastava has been appointed Resident Commissioner Sikkim in New Delhi. She is 1988 batch IAS officer.

1980 batch IAS is PS in Uttaranchal

Two 1980 batch IAS officers P C Sharma and N Ravi Shankar have been promoted to the rank of Principal Secretary in Uttaranchal.

Kumar is Director RD

K Narayan Kumar is new Director, Rural Development, in the Government of India. He is 1987 batch IAS officer of Assam-Meghalaya cadre.

Anand to join GoI next week

Dr H S Anand is joining the Government of India as Member-Secretary National Capital Region in the rank of Additional Secretary. He is 1973 batch IAS officer of Haryana cadre.

IAS changes in Sikkim

R S Shrestha, Principal Secretary, SLA, is transferred and posted as Member, State Planning Commission, on deputation. Nari Tshering shall hold the additional charge of Secretary, SLA. B P Pradhan shall also hold the additional charge of MD, State Bank of Sikkim. K P Adhikari has been appointed Secretary HRD. C.L. Denzongpa has been posted as Secretary, Ecclesiastical affairs Department.

DMK, RJD NCP and SP …… are the Parties Commies are trying to form a Third Front..... pressure group from within UPA??? Commies have realized their true haalath after the Airport Strike!!!! But, don't forget that Congress has its alternatives…… in place of DMK Congress can ally with Amma, in place of RJD Paswan would be a 12th man kind of ally, in Maharashtra Congress has less to worry as Rane has given a boost to Congress and SP is already on a losing wicket and Mayawathi would make a forceful ally!!! So Third Front could turn out to be a non starter…… tai tai fiss!!!! As for Commies its predicted that if General Elections are held today Commie seat share will fall and Congress seat share will go up.... maybe Commies are trying to form a Third Front so that pressure could be put on Congress not to announce mid-term elections!!!!

RSS wants BJP to ally with SP,
And in UP take on Congress and BSP!!!

But will Mullah Mulayam tie up with BJP……because if he does this he will loose his Muslim Vote Bank??? So the only way out would be tacit support… fight the elections individually and tacitly support each other for formation of Sarkaar…… for half the term SP will give tacit support to BJP and for the other half BJP will give tacit support to SP….. who will get to Govern first will be decided by toss of a coin????? Only thing they should not use Amar Singh's coin….. he's got the coin that Amitabh as Jai used in Sholay….. its got 'heads' symbol on both sides!!!!

Commies have unofficially declared Mualyam to be a mad hatter!!!

Now in Bihar a Rajya Sabha MP has given money for a swimming pool!!!! As usual the DM is being blamed. But aren't these MPs to blame for recommending where the money was to be used??? Somnath Da is appalled ……. Manmohan is also appalled …. seems this matter is going to be drowned in croc tears???? And Congress has already shown that it does not care for any accusations on misuse of MP LAD funds….. Bansal was made a Mantri despite being named as a misuser/flouter for personal gain…..and on Ashwini Kumar Congress is quite…. hope Congress realizes that Aam Aaadmi takes a dim view of all this jiggery pokery!! For Aam Aadmi MP LAD Fund means MP Looting, Abusing and Demanding (ghoos) Fund!!!!

After loosing Bihar there are chances Laloo could loose the BCA too,
When this happens would love to see Laloo's mooh!!!

How do you think Amrinder worked out , what he claims, Badal's Net Asset Value….. Rs. 3500 crores???? Well all that he did was multiply the days Badal was in power by CM's dihaadi (daily wage) as per the then going rate!!! Of course when Badal comes back to power he will use the same formula to calculate Amrinder's Net Asset Value….. dihaadi has gone up during Amrinder's tenure… after all it's a Raja's dihaadi!!! Feel that both need to be sent to Sharad Pawar……. Art of Politicking (pre and post power) and Delivering by Sri Sri Sri Sharad Pawar!!!

Coffee makes a person hyper and chai does not…… India cannot afford to have a hyper FM preparing the Budget. The byword this time is…. mop up and top up!!! Infrastructure and Health can give India a healthy growth rate for the foreseeable future. And very soon it will be the Private Sector that will dictate the policies… Government will have to keep abreast with the requirements of the Private Sector… even if the Commies are unwilling!!! But this is there that the Indian Stock Market is for choppy times…. Could come down to 8000 and then go up to 15000 or go up to 15000 and fall to 8000…… anything can happen!!!!
