The Government of India is now keen to cut the foreign trips of the bureaucrats. Cabinet Secretary, B K Chaturvedi, has asked the bureaucrats to undertake junkets abroad only for unavoidable official engagements.

That's because whenever any political maneuvering has taken place Manmohan has expressed his ignorance!!! Now they say Sonia is the real PM and Manmohan is the DPM only officiating as PM!!!! And now with PC sprouting wings even in the FM Mannmohan is loosing his voice. The only place where Manmohan has a say is in the Planning Commission!!! When he was appointed PM is was felt that Sonia would be the Political PM and Manmohan would be the Administrative PM….. but today they say he's just the officiating PM… PM for the transition period!!! But even though he is a weak PM but still Indians feel confident with a experienced , good and honest man at the helm …..best person for Show Casing as PM!!! And the only person from whom clean chits are acceptable…. though on account of misuse this acceptance has started to fall!!!

PC visited Congress HQ and got a shock,
Rather than patting him Congressis karr rahe theh PC ko mock!!!

After this visit PC is of the opinion that either Congressmen are Commies in the garb of Congressmen or Commies have bought over Congressmen!!!! There was a clear disconnect because as PC talked of the rising Stock and Property prices and the growth rate the Congressmen wanted to know what he was doing to control rising prices??? They too sang Commies tune ' tax the rich to fund to poor' !!! Seems this year its going to be a 'people friendly budget' and if Congress is contemplating a midterm poll then its going to be a 'People's Budget'!!!! As for PC after the visit to Congress HQ he is PC…. Pretty Confused…. and is now working on becoming PC… People's Chidambram!!!

Humpty Dumpty went to PM's Office and Planning Commission's Office too,
Now in both places they are reinforcing the Sofas and the Throne in the loo!!!

Amrinder's visit also meant that the Sofas and the Throne in the loos would be tested!!!! The Sofa in PM's Office creaked when Amrinder sat down and Amrinder found the Throne in the toilet not to his size!!!! A Sofa in Planning Commission needed urgent repairs after Amrinder's sat on it and here too he found the loo not to his size!!! So now urgent work is being undertaken to ensure that the Offices and Toilets in both these places are useable by people of all shapes and sizes. Amma Jayalalitha is expected soon and so work is progressing on lightening speed!!!!

The EC is meeting political Parties…..Parties will fight polls and we will foot the tab,

But of course buying of Voters will be a self funded enterprise!!! And this is where the real expenditure is done and which is very difficult to control…… unless Cameras are attached to all the Voters!!! Buying of Voters and usage of goonda force constitute 60% of the election War Chest!!! And then why should we pay to get ripped off later???

High Power Committee for BBMB post ?

The Government has constituted a high power committee to finalize the recruitment to the post of Chairman, BBMB. The Committee consists of Secretary (Power), Secretary (Ministry of Petroleum), CEA Chairman and a professional from the academic.

BBMB post fell vacant last year when Rakesh Nath became Chairman of CEA in September. Since then the post has been lying vacant.

BBMB is the biggest hydro power utility of the country which owns Bhakra Dam, Pong Dam, etc. The power generated by it is shared by Punjab , Haryana and Rajasthan.

There are more than 16 candidates in the fray. Public Enterprises Selection Board is not consulted for the recruitment to this post for reasons best known to Ministry of Power.

The cabinet secretary is reportedly annoyed that many officials are getting their trips sponsored by public sector companies under the administrative control of their ministries. He has decided to seek detailed explanation on the reasons why the public sector company is ready to foot the bill.
