NSSO(FOD) officers in North East are not at par with their counterparts in Bhopal as far as forwarding their request for a change are concerned. While one officer in Guwahati did not get his due entitlement for a change even after serving a posting of more than three years, his colleague in Bhopal succeeded in coming back to Delhi although he spent less than a year.
