Suggestions to overcome problems of NE cadre officers

Whatever might have happened to the Vinita Rai committee report, specially constituted by PM to look into problems faced by NE cadre officers, but suggestions to overcome their problems included merger with AGMUT cadre, Joint cadre with a mainland state for Manipur, Nagaland & Sikkim, Institutional arrangement for Inter cadre deputation for seven years after seven years of service and also a five year deputation after 16 years of service. Most officers are hopeful that something will materialize!!!!

Laloo nowadays spends more time picnicking by traveling on his special train,
