A meeting to review the 1972 batch left out cases, for the empanelment to the post of Secretary level, is slated to be held on Feb 26. These officials had earlier expressed their dissatisfaction on being left out during the empanelment.

And then an audit to find out whether he has done what he boasts???? To satisfy his ego … which is even more humongous than his humongous girth ….. he talks to the Newspaper in his hand every morning….and says, "Newspaper Newspaper in my hand tell me who's the best CM in the land???"… And then he reads the ad inserted on the front page by Punjab Government's Publicity Department with his mug shot and one liner on what he is supposed to have achieved, and Amrinder's day is made!!!

Basically this an all European affair…. only the protagonist is an NRI!! One NRI has made the Sarkaar run in circles for him…. Manmmohan went to the extent of telling Chirac that Mittal should be treated fairly!!! Seems Mittal pressed the right buttons!!!! By the way would Mittal be kind enough to give the Muslims and Sikhs info as to how did he manage to make the Indian Government just go full blast to support him in the Arcelor matter!!! Muslims and Sikhs are fighting the French on the Hijab and Turban ban and have up to now found the Indian Government behaving like a spectator…..in Mittal's case Manmohan looked like Dhoni coming into bat waving his bat threateningly!!!

Laloo will only be reading the Railway Budget…. like what newsreaders do!!! Laloo's contribution in this Budget is that he's kept out of the hair of those preparing the Budget!!! Laloo was preoccupied with elections and this proved a boon for Railways….. there has been a turnaround in Indian Railways…. and credit goes to Laloo too….. for being absent from Rail Bhavan for a long time and letting Officials run the Railways!!! With falling airfares maybe there will be a cut a Rail fares…. or at least frequent traveler benefits!!! And Railways is also preparing to give the Road Transport Industry a run for its money……. Laloo should be encouraged to travel all over India in his 5 Star Picnicker on Wheels….. magic formula for Railway's recovery…. Nutty Minister who remains absent… don't know the logic but its done wonders for the Railways. Would Panchayti Raj and Women and Children Empowerment Ministers try to do what Laloo is doing... stay away from thier Ministeries?????
