CVC orders probe against ITDC CMD

Central Vigilance Commission is reported to have ordered enquiry against the Interim CMD of the ITDC. Ashoka Hotel Employees Union and Ashok Hotel Majdoor Janata Union had demanded enquiry. The order was issued on March 14.

New judges of Punjab and Haryana HC

The President has appointed Ranjit Singh, Vinod Kumar Sharma, Tej Pratap Singh Mann, Mahesh Grover, Ajai Lamba, Rajesh Bindal and Paramjit Singh Patwalia as Judges of the Punjab and Haryana High Court.

New judges of Orissa HC

The President has appointed Justice Raghunath Biswal, Justice Arun Kumar Parichha and Justice Nityananda Prusty, Additional Judges of the Orissa High Court, to be Judges of the Orissa High Court. Indrajit Mohanty has been appointed as Additional Judge of the Orissa High Court for a period of two years .

Even if the specialists are not being given so much emphasis,it is wrong to call IAS "aloo service".It still has quite a few officers comparable to the best in the WORLD!! Nothing in today's systems is done without deep thought or ad-hoc.It is still considered by the system at the present stage of evolution of the nation to give the IAS an eminent place as being in the best interest of the country considering all factors and implications of alternatives; at the present time.

Now its clear why Pranab Da was so perturbed by Karan Thapar's sawaal,
That in the Scorpene Deal someone has made a lot of maal!!!!

Pranab Da too has issued a 'clean chit' in this matter….. however his clean chit is as good as toilet paper!!!! Seems NDA has got this deal in its periscope and has loaded the tubes with info laden torpedoes and is firing these at UPA!!!! UPA will be taking certain distracting measures and try to out manoeuvre the torpedoes!!!

But on Mulayam refusing Lucknow to be a venue for the match what is the catch!!!

Basically Amar has now formulated his Enemy List …. Congress is of course on the top!!! Now with BCCI becoming a UPA affair Amar has BCCI too in his sights. He is cut up as to why Kanpur was not given the Test status??? Nanny Shukla has commented that Mulayam's refusal 'is just not cricket'!!!! NDA has submitted a letter to President Kalam on the Chawla matter….. similar letter has been sent to CEC!!!! Now hope both don't end up playing the Lucknow Nawaab game… Pehle App!!!! This is a very serious matter and CEC needs to make a recommendation to the President as the allegations are on an EC!!!! President Kalam too can ask EC to look into the matter if he feels the matter needs to be looked into!!!

Government has said tapping of Amar's phone was a private job!!!! Though Government has said that 5000 phones are being tapped!!! So now Amar has lost the plank he was trying to squirm on!!! Amar should read the writing on the wall and retire form politics!!! Today he's a part time politician, majnu and tout…… jack of all!!!! He's a natural majnu and tout…. so he needs to make a choice!!!! However there is lot of common ground when it comes to majnooing and touting…. so he can opt for both!!!!!

Government will be issuing guidelines on stings….. Commandments Ten,
That will guide how, where and when!!!

Thou shalt register yourself as a Stinger….. Though Shalt provide complete details in Affidavit for of equipment and employees with their communication details …… Thou shalt not outsource stings…… Thou shalt give an undertaking that thou are not associated with any Political Party…..Thou shalt let the Government know before thou undertake a sting…….. Thou shalt not undertake stings beyond working hours……. Thou shalt not undertake stings in Offices and residences or any other place considered as private….. Thou shalt not entrap……. Thou shalt not tie up with Foreign Media…… Thou shalt obtain a Censor Board certificate if tapes are to be aired on TV ……Thou shalt seal all material associated with the sting and deposit same with the Government……. Only DD will be the vehicle to air the visual stings and printed matter stings will be notified via Gazette and would be kept for Public Inspection ( Jhumri Taliya, Sonepur, Port Blair, Panaji and Mandu…. North, South, West and Central India).
