A new post of DG level for the IPS is being created in the Government of India to protect the wild life.

Late Promotions in IDES & Quick Promotions in IDAS

Indian Defence Estates Service and Indian DefenceAccounts Service both come under the Administrative
Control of Defence Ministry. That should imply some similarity in their cadre management. Look at the
dissimilarities !

IDAS is getting ready to grant HAG (equivalent to
Additional Secretary grade) to 1976 batch and SAG
(equivalent to Joint Secretary Grade) to 1987 batch.

Compared to this IDES is way way behind ! For them,
1973 batch is yet to be granted HAG. In case of SAG,
situation is much worse. 1978 batch officers are yet
to be promoted.

This is not due to lack of posts. After the retirement
of D K Reddy nearly two years ago the post of Senior
Additional DGDE has been vacant at Delhi at HAG level.
Tawnluiya was promoted on the day of his retirement
(just for a day). Similarly at least 3 posts are
vacant at the level of SAG in DGDE office. Ved Prakash
is waiting to be promoted to HAG level. Chanderkant
More of 1978 batch R S Cheema of 1979 batch are still
to be promoted to SAG level even after more than 27
years of service each. All these three officers
waiting to be promoted belong to reserved category.

But at the top it is a different story. The head of
(Director General of Defence Estates or DGDE) is C R
Mohapatro of 1972 batch who got promoted to
Secretary’s rank much before his IAS batch mates.
The head of IDAS (Controller General of Defence
Accounts or CGDA) is Vinod Misra of 1969 batch.

Fact is Jaya ne kiya law ko deceit,
Via deceit she tried ke Post of Profit law ko karr sake beat!!!

She was holding the Post of Profit prior to standing for the RS election and to beat the requirement of Post of Profit she resigned the Post of Profit and after getting elected she took the post up again…. so the deceit is evident!!! Whereas in Sonia's case no such post existed when she got elected….. hers is a case of interpretation of the law and Jaya's is just plain and simple trying to deceive or get around the law!!!!

In fact both Big B and Jaya have shown that they are just scum,
Both have deceived the law…. Of course on the advice of Amar their chum!!!

Now Big B has been declared a Farmer as he owns two bighas land in UP……what a joke……… very clear that he too is deceiving the law for aquiring land that??? And people take him to be a God…….he's no God he's just another scamster at large!!!! Jaya has deceived the law in the Office of Profit matter….. seems deception runs in the family…… Mrs. And Mr. Big B means Mrs. And Mr. Big Bluffmasters!!!

NAC post is a political one aimed at advising and overseeing the CMP of an Alliance,
Technically the Post is not law ka defiance!!!

Chairman NAC is an Advisory post and monitors and advises on the implementation of CMP. But , the way Congress has reacted seems there is something that is causing them worry. Must be the salary and other benefits that are causing worry!!! Congress could have avoided this situation !!!! Seems in its effort to hit Jaya for a six Congress has lobbed up a ball for that could be caught!!!! Jaya should have been tackled on her deceit!!!

Opposition is right the curtailing of the Budget Session and rumoured ordinance is not right,
Opposition has dug its heals for a fight!!!

Now even the Commies have said that the Ordinance should not be brought out!!! But for all you know this could be just public posturing!!! Amar Singh says he's not resigning because he knows the Ordinance will save his skin….. a step down from his previous stand!!! Remember all the SP MPs have deceived the Law in the Office of Profit matter because all have followed the same procedure as Jaya!!!

Very sad sight…. Soldiers burning their artificial limbs at India Gate,
Who is responsible for their fate!!!!!

The soldiers are fighting for their disability pension and are sick of running from pillar to post to get their dues!!! JJ Singh has passed the buck to MOD and run off to Melbourne for the Commonwealth Games!!! Army should be spearheading the demands of the soldiers , but seems JJ Singh has his own take on the matter…… says that these soldiers have been given whatever compensation they were entitled to….. sad that the Army has not been able to take care of their own and these soldiers have had to come out in the Public!!!!! The apathy towards retired Officers is not right…. serving Officers forget that they too will be standing in the retired queue in time... and some could also be without their limbs!!!!

Flash….. Sonia has resigned….. now what will others do,
For one Amar Singh cannot show his mooh!!!

Sonia has quit Lok Sabha and NAC …. she's going to stand for elections from Rae Bareilly. Many will have to follow. Seems Lok Sabha will be electing a new Speaker very soon. Amar Singh has egg on his face!!!! Sonia will emerge stronger after this….. because she comes out as a person willing to take the fall... something our Politicians do not know!!!!
