Need for administrative reforms is undeniable but would this ever happen as how can one expect IAS to push for reforms which will ultimately hit their intersts the most??? Consider that in this country the weakest accountability assurance is of the IAS.
Can u name few IAS officers who have been held responsible for their executive actions despite the fact that cases of executive failures are visible at every nook and corner of this country. Take few examples now:

What happened to all the IAS officers incharge in MCD? Can u beleive that all unauthorised constructions happened without their knowledge or connivance????
What happened to the CEO of Noida authority despite the visible fraud in the draw of plots?????
What happened to A P Singh Neera Yadav R K in UP despite known alleged corrupt actions on thier part????
What has happened to all the Senior Regional Managers of FCI specifically in Punjab and Haryana despite everyone in bureucracy being aware of huge amount of corruption prevalent in this agency????
Can u belive that the so called three supposed pilars of accountability viz CVC CBI and CAG are unable to point out a single case of mismangement on the part of IAS in this country?? Reason being that either these institutions have been successfully brought under the authority and command of IAS or even if some stray case is still brought out it is stragically killed by the IAS. It is for the record while generous actions are intiated and taken against various other govt officials but none at all is ever succecede against the IAS officer. Today while even the judicial accountablity is talked about but nobody is talking about the accountabilty of IAS.

Maybe Anil is contemplating turning apolitical…… but he's still on the UP Industry Panel headed by Amar 'Tout' Singh!!!! But then he can say he's on the Panel as an Industrialist!!! Fact is that his association with the A Gang is well known and today if D Gang is Desh ki Dushman then A Gang is Congress ki Dushman!!! But if Anil has realized that friendship with Amar has proved to be a pain for all his friends and Anil distances himself from Amar , then it would be a step in the right direction. Confucius says… Touts have no friends… all are customers!!!!!

But because Sonia was on the list 'foul' they cried!!!

Now be it Left or SP all want the Office of Profit requirement to be modified!!! Sonia converted a necessity into a virtue…… but as can be seen others like Amar and Somnath Da prefer to be virtue-less!!! And if Sonia has done this on political grounds then what is wrong with it!!!! Fact is she's just check mated Opposition, Allies and some within her own Party!!!!

MPs guilty of Office of Profit like Subirami Reddy who should resign are not resigning , whereas people like Gurudas Kamat who do not need to resign are offering to do so!!!!

Uma knows it that she'll one day want to come back to BJP so she should not go overboard with her criticism….. or she's going to be willing to come back but BJP will find it impossible to take her back… and for this the first thing she should do is dump Govindacharya!!!!

Don't be surprised if Charles is 'talli' (drunk)…………Punjabis won't be because they've grown used to seeing Amrinder in this state!!!!
