eighteen years.. Job opportunities are shrinking While retired government officers are being re-employed in various
commissions, regulatory authorities, tribunals etc., job opportunities
for young are shrinking in government sector. If we indeed had such
an indispensable pool of experience in retiring government officers
who need to be again employed, our country would not have been in such
a condition occupying a place of pride among most corrupt countries
