Retirement age should not be raised
I have seen the debate on increasing the retirement age to 62. This would be a wrong step and would lower the morale of younger officers who are looking forward to higher responsibility. In fact, Government should take a firm decision to retire every one at 60 and should not give extention or re-employment to anyone. The senior IAS officers are running after politicians to please them and seek favours when they should give objective and independent advice. The PM should stick to his announcement that nobody will be re-employed. In fact, it is sad that his own office is full of retired officers.

Plight of CSS officers

This has reference to the comments of SK Sharma regarding the plight of CSS officers. I am inclined to agree with his views but I beg to differ on his views regarding the efficiency of direct recruit CSS officers and those promoted from the ranks. I challenge Sharma to prove that the direct recruit CSS officers are superior to those from the ranks in any way. I can say with certainty that those from the ranks are far more sincere and efficient as compared to the DRs. Sharma should have avoided this uncalled for views on promotee officers, due to which the service as a whole has already suffered . I would request him to concentrate on the benefits for the service rather than create division within ranks of the service.
Regards.

Exposing wrong doing is a welcome development

The way Indian Defense Estates service officers are candidly exposing wrong doing of their own departmental bosses is a welcome development. If officers from other services also start writing similarly, message loud and clear will go that days of corrupt bosses are over . Let there be more NN Ojhas and Sudhir Chopras and a website like yours.

Commies had appointed themselves as watchdogs…… proved to be of no use!!!
Because not to bite Commies always have an excuse!!

Watchdogs bark and then bite if bark is not heeded!!!
However Commies bark and then wag their tails when by UPA they are 'pleaded'!!

Public too takes Commies barking with a pinch of salt saying this watchdog doesn't bite!!!
And now between themselves Commies have started to fight!!!

CPI(M) is taken to be a bully by the rest!!!!
Rest are looking east and CPI(M) is looking west!!!

Now Karat says that for Nuclear Deal Congress will pay the price!!!!
Congress now takes Commies to be akin to having in your hair lice!!!

Irritating and nothing more!!!
The worst that can happen is that because of the scratching scalp feels sore!!!

By the looks of it because of Commies not biting Commies could end up paying the price!!!
Because for a watchdog only barking does not suffice!!!

Some say India has surrendered its Nuclear independence,
And this in India 's 60th year of Independence !!

They add our surrender is non negotiable!!!
They say seems we did not negotiate across the table but from under the table!!

In Parliament non UPA Parties are going to take UPA to task!!!
On what basis did UPA surrender our Nuclear Independence these Parties are going to ask!!

But to be fair to Manmohan please don't forget today we are reaping benefits of his liberalization,
In future for the Nuclear 123 Deal there could be a similar realization.

On Goa too NDA is going to take UPA to task!!
Why have Democratic norms been trashed in Goa NDA is going to ask!!!

Jamir too is now under the scanner!!!
He's expected to throw into any move that NDA makes the spanner!!!

Aur jabh Jamir ho 'Raazi',
Then Congress maare gi baazi!!!

In fact Jamir, Buta and Razi are classical examples of how Governors should not act!!!
All three have damned Democracy and this is a fact!!!

Sonia's has asked Deshpande that what action has been taken on the Srikrishna Report?
Deshmukh with a blank sheet very soon 10 Janpath ko karre ga report!!!

Sonia Ji what about the 1984 riots matter… why this imbalance in getting guilty to pay???
Hope she remembers when for Sikh blood rioters karr rahe theh bay!!!

Sonia Ji does 1992 come first or 1984… shouldn't 1984 matter be dealt before 1992 matter!!!
And please do remember in gruesomeness the 1984 files are more horrific and fatter!!!

Or is that in Congress's raaj Justice is only for the majority minority!!!
No justice for any other minority or for the majority!!!

This appeasement is causing in India a lot of heartburn!!!
In next General Elections many in majority and other minorities Congress ko karre ge spurn!!

Congress has been wiped out in 4 MC elections in Punjab !!!!
Seems after Amrinder's julaab now Congress ko bhi lagg gaye hai loss ke julaab!!!

In Patiala Congress did the worst……. foul karr raha hai Amridner cry!!
Because Congress in Punjab has been left high and dry!!

Now he wants Patiala elections to be held under Central Force's supervision!!!
And even if this is done in results there's going to be no revision!!!

But then Amrinder has to give some excuse for Congress in his own backyard loosing out!!
No wonders foul foul karr raha hai Amrinder shout!!!

If Sanjay gets bail SC is going to be besieged with bail pleas!!!
"Take a re-look at us being convicted under TADA please."

If the Lady who stored the guns for three hours got 10 years then why was Sanju let off!!
At her getting TADA and Sanju being let off bahut logh karr rahe hai scoff!!

My feeling is that Court will not give him bail!!!
Political and Media pressures will fail!!

Hope you've been selling in every rally ….. markets from recent lows have gone up!!!
Please don't take my doomsday prediction as a gup!!!

FIIs too are selling in rallies….. FIIs now tend to square off new positions on a daily basis!!!
They've started covering their bases!!!

In about four months or maybe even sooner you will get to see a lot of shirtless logh!!!
Because inn logo ko lagh gaya tha sataa (gambling) ko rogh (disease)!!!

And when in share market you play sataa,
To your investment you should be prepared to say tata!!!

Don't catch falling knives,

Bharat Kumar
