CSS and State Civil Services are suffering

I agree with Rajnesh & SP Padhy. The State Civil Service is suffering a lot in terms of promotions and so is the CSS. All AIS officers specially IAS must seriously think that by not taking care of their own sub-ordinates belonging to State Services and CSS they are putting axe on their own legs. It is these services which support the Indian Bureaucracy and if not taken care properly they will not perform with zeal & enthusiasm which will ultimately affect the performance of Indian Civil sevice. The neglect of state civil service has resulted into the devaluation in the roles of Indian Bureaucracy which is evident. In the interest of India and Governments performance they must be promoted in time and their positions must be recognised suitably.

Such junior officers should not be posted in districts because they lack required field experience. Very junior IAS officers with 4-5 years of experience are also posted as DMs. IAS officers should have atleast 7 years of field experience before he is posted in a district as DM.
