Congress is a shambles?

Is the UPA Government's majority partner Congress a shambles?Answer to this question is yeas if one goes by a detailed block level survey that the Intelligence Agencies had done recently.According to sources the agencies on the basis of a very detailed survey said that the Congress will be defeated in Punjab while fail to cross 25 seats in Uttar Pradesh and will be defeated in most of the bye polls which are due to be held across the country.

After reading recommendation for Neera Yadav as a best officer, who has been described as second most IAS corrupt officer by her fellow IAS, I think that this column has become a place to praise such------ officers.

Third Front is putting up Big B as their Presidential candidate,
But Third Front is showing signs of disintegration of late!!

Amma has already voiced her doubts about Third Front….. as per Amma time its not the right time!!! Chandrababu and AGP hardly matter in today's scenario!!! SP is about to be booted out of UP!!! And what an insult it would be to India to have a (Nautanki Waala) as our President??? Though this will never happen but like Laloo's statement that he could become PM one day, which also will never happen, just the thought of these happening should make us queasy and uncomfortable !!! Imagine having a President whose openly had an extramarital affair, who has lied about being a Farmer to get prized land, who has done anchoring a TV Show and termed it as acting to get IT rebate…… just the thought of him becoming President could drive many to the Madhushala… to numb their fears!!!!

This inflation is not on account of demand,
So why are they trying to put demand factors into remand????

This inflation is purely on account of supply problems!!! And the faster Sarkaar realizes this the better!!! Squeezing the money supply is not going to reduce inflation….. put the squeeze on exports, hoarding and speculation (Commodity Markets)!!!! Sarkaar is trying to position the inflation as a fallout of growth in GDP…… Manmohan Ji do you think this is the case???? Some may say the economy is overheated ……. just take care of the supply side and inflation will come under control!!!

Amrinder jaroor jayegaa!!!

Mr. Mega Projects is going to get a Mega boot out of power!!! His figure rattling is not going down too well with Punjabis….. figures don't fill stomachs!!! His four and half year inaccessibility too is taking it s toll….. and the 'Bakwaas' Yatra that he undertook is doing more damage than benefit!!! He knows it and that's why there is a sea of change in his behaviour…… he's no longer rude, abusive and brash!!! Come Akalis and Amrinder is going to get a taste of his own medicine….. Punjab Intranet, City Centre , Jantha Land Developers, Ponty Chadha's Liquor games etc. Akalis should come out with a white Paper on the drain that Amrinder Sarkaar has been on the exchequer!!! Amrinder on the other hand may just run away abroad saying that he's going abroad to track Badal's alleged wealth abroad!!!

Bengal kya karre Bengal ko 'buddha' mill gaya…sabh kahe Singur pe karro rethink,
But 'buddha is not willing to blink!!!

Singur is now about ensuring that Mamtha does not get any political mileage!! Buddha feels that there is more political damage in bowing to Mamtha's demands than letting the agitation continue!!! And now Buddha says that given a chance he can explain to the villagers that this Project is good….. of course he does not say good for whom!!!! Maybe Singur could become the cause for Commies loosing goodwill in Bengal!!! And now its too late for either Commies or Mamtha to think of any middle path!!!

So we'll have to bear with Sehewag's flop show,
BCCI has selected him so to West Indies he will go!!!

The decision to take Sehewag was because of the support he got from Captain Dravid and Chairman of Selection Board 'Colonel ' Vengsarker!!!! For this decision both have risked their titles….. because if Sehewag's flop show continues Dravid and Vengsarkar will not be able to use Captain and Colonel anymore!!!! As for Sehewag who has the title of Raja of Najafgarh …… he's now known as Flop of Najafgarh!!! Sad but Sehwag has made a young player loose out on the chance of representing India and both Captain and Colonel are equally responsible!!!

Both Tata Steel and Hindalco may have indigestion for some time to come,
They've swallowed Companies bigger then them and this is weighing on their tum (stomach)!!!

And the indigestion will be reflected in both Companies Balance Sheets….. huge outgoes to fund these acquisitions !!!! Both Companies shares will remain depressed for some time to come!!! Vodaphone too has paid a phenomenal price……. the winner in this deal was the one who was most optimistic.... and it was a big swallows small deal !! After the deal Ruias are happy, Anil scrappy and Hindujas crappy!!! But one thing is for sure that India has arrived on the scene of Mergers and Acquisitions!!! In India too Companies should get ready for 'big will eat small' and in some cases 'small will eat big' phenomena!!!

I've recieved a few brickbats on my writing on KBC and the Big B and Sharukh fight,
All that I try to do is to end my column with something light.

All work and no play makes Jack a dull lad,
Look at the Media …… they don't consider talking about Big B and Khan that bad!!!

I try to voice opinions on serious issues but end with something light,
But on the big picture I never loose sight.
