It seems that most of the people who post their views on this site have a phobia of Lalu and Mulayam. It is also obvious that their views are not based on any sound logic but mere reflections of the 'elite' mentality. These people cannot even digest the court order which has acquitted Lalu. These elitists want to see him only in jail. Nothing short of this can satisfy their prejudiced mentality. It is high time they stopped unsubtantiated and nonsensical statements. They should understand that there is a constituency for Lalu to cater to beyond these so called elitists. Such prejudiced comments only cement his supporters more firmly.

SEZs land acquisitions are again causing strife,
Its more akin to grabbing land from the farmers on the point of a knife!!!

In Punjab Amrinder Sarkaar was indeed very meherbaan on the Trident Group!! More than 300 acres of land was acquired at a pittance for Trident by the Amrinder Sarkaar!!! At the time the land was acquired its alleged the prices of land were anywhere between Rs. 25 - 30 lakh per acre and the land was acquired at Rs. 5 - 10 lakh per acre!!! Why was this done???? Well Amrinder is going to say this was in the name of Industrialization and employment generation!!! But why has this to be done on the back of the Farmers??? As someone has rightly pointed out why does he not get his own land acquired at a pittance or for that matter let New Moti Bagh Palace be acquired in the name of Industrialization and employment generation????

SEZs will be the death knell of our Food Security….. Senseless Economic Zones,
Down the line SEZs will just elicit moans!!!

Bangladesh's Yunus says that for a healthy rate of development a Country cannot rely on Agriculture...... fact is that food security is more important than growth rate!!! Today land yield is reducing, a lot of land is exiting ambit of agriculture, populations is going up…….are we keeping up with the food demand???? The way things are going very soon we'll be paying a fortune for our Food Bills and will be at the mercy of Ex(p)orting Countires or Multinationals !!! One thing is for sure and that is for Corus shareholders it's a steal!!!

Auction made Tata pay an exorbitant price!!! Tata Steel's share is going to remain depressed for quite some time!!! And don't forget that Tata's now have to deal with UK Labour, who have threatened to give Tata's a tough time…. where Corus's acquisition is concerned Tata's are in for extended Labour pains!!!!
