Government needs to take steps to ensure that Private Investment enters the Agri Sector!!! Today returns in the Agri Sector are also woefully low!!! Imagine the Farmer sells Onions for just Rs. 3 /Kg and by the time this Onion reaches us its Rs. 20/ Kg!!!! The Government needs to get innovative and ensure that Farming becomes lucrative …. the Farmer gets more and the middlemen less.... one of the inequality's that needs correction!!!
