Why IRS officers are bothered about postings ?

Why is it that the Department of Revenue and its attached offices consisting of the Income Tax Service and the Customs Service are only bothered about transfers and postings? Have they no other work to do, or is it their sole raison d'etre? It is quite surprising.

This will provide more info. as to whether the authorities take pains to post right man for the right job or the posting and transfers are decided just by the might and prowess!

NCP wants its pound of flesh for its support and will be in favour of the highest bidder.... Pawar's name is actually Sharat ( conditions) and not Sharad....only CPI(M) doesn't want Mulayam to be sacked…… the correct question is does have CPI(M) Veto power????? For the sake of Democracy Mulayam must go and Karat should stop saying 'No'!!!
