It is to be seen as to how DOPT & PMO's stand on reiteration of weeding out the in-efficient officers (eg in the HAG/IRSS/Stores panel) specially in Railways with Laluji being there at the helm !!!Heat is on.

Why IRS (IT) officers are resigning ?

A number of IRS (IT) officers are resigning these days. Unfortunately, the ones resigning are from the good stock. An unofficial study in CBDT shows that there is one resignation every fortnight and unfortunately each one of them is extremely competent. Will CBDT look into this aspect? Is the ill considered transfer policy responsible for this state of affairs?
