There is no denying the fact that in present world merit should have a high weightage in deciding promotions. However out of turn promotions in government should only be considered after putting in place an objective performance evaluation mechanism. With current archaic, highly subjective system of ACRs this will only breed infighting and bitterness among civil servants. With increasing transparency and people friendly approach in civil services it is high time the policy makers introduce 360 degree performance evaluation system in the government.

At that point, a student in the bac k said, "I'm gonna

Now furious, another student yells, "Oh yeah? Suck

Now with almost a mob hysteria someone said, "You
little shit. If you say anything else, I'll kill you."

BSP did better and BJP worse than what Aawaz had expected,
And BSP did much better than what was being projected (Media)!!!

UP is Psephology ka graveyard,
And all missed the result by miles rather than the acceptable yard!!

So much so that after UP results Psephology looks like fakelogy,
Too often News Chanells have missed the mark by miles in their Psephology!!!

SP has been dumped ….. all were certain of this,
And bulls eye on this nobody ne kiya miss!!!

SP's 'jurrum yaha hia kumm' did SP in,
UPites realized this and put SP in the waste bin!!!!

First allow goons to rule UP and then say jurum is kumm,
All knew from whom in UP goons got their dumm!!!

The ad campaign and Big B could not make wrong look or feel right,
In fact the ads made reality bite!!!

Initially Mulayam went underground,
After the results started trickling in he was not to be found!!

Later he came out and said EC was to blame for SP's loss,
On EC ensuring a free and fair election Mulayam is very cross!!!
