This is not the real grapevine. In fact Matnag Singh was sure to lose Rajya Sabha election as the AUDF MLAs who supported his candidature had started opposing. Moreover Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind issued instruction to all the Muslim MLAs including of AUDF not to support controversial leader Matang Singh. You are claiming that "Sonia Gandhi prevailed upon Matang Singh" but this is what Matang Singh himslef is spreading in political and media circle in Assam. He is doing this to save his face. If you also get yourself engaged in such propaganda, I am sure it would affect your credibility. Being a vigilant viewer of your website, just telling u the true story. Now its upto you to decide.

TAIL-PIECE

Old Parents
An 80 year old man was sitting on the sofa in his house along with his 45 years old highly educated son. Suddenly a crow perched on their window.
The Father asked his Son, "What is this?"
The Son replied "It is a crow".
After a few minutes, the Father asked his Son the 2nd time, "What is this?"
The Son said "Father, I have just now told you "It's a crow".
After a little while, the old Father again asked his Son the 3rd time,
What is this?"

At this time some expression of irritation was felt in the Son's tone when he said to his Father with a rebuff. "It's a crow, a crow, a crow".
A little after, the Father again asked his Son the 4th time, "What is this?"
This time the Son shouted at his Father, "Why do you keep asking me the same question again and again, although I have told you so many times 'IT IS A CROW'. Are you not able to understand this?"
A little later the Father went to his room and came back with an old tattered diary, which he had maintained since his Son was born. On opening a page, he asked his Son to read that page. When the son read it, the

following words were written in the diary :-
"Today my little son aged three was sitting with me on the sofa, when a crow was sitting on the window. My Son asked me 23 times what it was, and I replied to him all 23 times that it was a Crow. I hugged him lovingly each time he asked me the same question again and again for 23 times. I did not at all feel irritated I rather felt affection for my innocent child".

While the little child asked him 23 times "What is this", the Father had felt no irritation in replying to the same question all 23 times and when today the Father asked his Son the same question just 4 times, the Son felt irritated and annoyed.
So..
If your parents attain old age, do not repulse them or look at them as a burden, but speak to them a gracious word, be cool, obedient, humble and kind to them. Be considerate to your parents. From today say this aloud, "I want to see my parents happy forever. They have cared for me ever since I was a little child. They have always showered their selfless love on me.
They crossed all mountains and valleys without seeing the storm and heat to make me a person presentable in the society today".
Say a prayer to God, "I will serve my old parents in the BEST way. I will say all good and kind words to my dear parents, no matter how they behave."

In Delhi BJP's depending on Shiela Dixit to do Congress in,
Delhi there is no doubt BJP will win!!!

BJP should keep ambitions of Delhi leaders in check,

In Gujarath Congress is in a UP kind of state,
After past debacle no organization Congress's been able to create!!!

Congress is truly in a fix…… situation is getting worse with every passing day!!!
Now questions are being asked ' for the entire term will UPA stay'????

Why is Congress comatose to reality???
Why in every election is it a causality???

Congress needs to introspect,
And the hull of HMV Congress they need to inspect!!!

Because the hull has developed holes and water is rushing inside,
And the holes are indeed very wide!!!

Now Congress has added Shivraj Patil's name to Presidential candidates list,
To a misty situation just added more mist!!!

They say Sonia does not want Pranab Da to stand for this post,
But Commies say that amongst Congress nominees they like him the most!!!

They feel then Rashtrapati Bhavan will smell of Bengali cooking!!!
To enjoy Bengali cooking for five years Rashtrapathi Bhavan they are booking !!!

And Amar has said that SP dittos Commies choice!!!
Says that for Presidential Poll Commies and SP talk in the same voice!!!

Basically Commies feels that if Pranab becomes President in WB they'll gain,
If Pranab becomes President Bengali adulation ki hoe gi rain!!!

For an across the table solution he's pressing!!

Though some say he's done this just to get phookat ki publicity,
And he's brought Punjab to the brink with protests in every Village and City!!

Indian Currency has all the Indian Languages …. Railway ticket should be the same,
Railways mandating only Hindi and English is a shame!!!

Laloo khel raha hai koi new game!!!

He, his Party and his Ministry have caused in Parliament a lot of turmoil,
Seems he likes to keep things on a boil!!!

Basically if he's not in the news Laloo gets worried,
