Why not use talent of State Service Officers ?
There are is one news item which appears frequently in your page is vacancy/shortage of IAS/IPS/IFS officers in some or the other state the most recent one being Jharkahnd where a shortage of 100 officers was shown. Sir if there is a shortage why can't state service officers who fulfill the eligibility criteria be promoted to IAS/IPS and posted to fill up those vacancies. If required the norm of 33% can be relaxed and deserving officers of state service be promoted to fill up those vacancies. If 33% qouta for state service officers is a hindrance only for maintaining the all India character of civil service then let state civil service officers of one state be awarded and posted to another state. This will have two advantages i.e. first the state service officers will get their due right timely promotions and thus will be more motivated to work and second the states will have experienced officers to work in the administration

That's why rather than in Dollar terms the contract should be in Indian Rupee,
The benefit you can easily see!!!

Because otherwise by the time payment will be made Dollar will be at 44,
And India will end up paying much more!!!

Or they can book Dollars….. but why not let Contracts be in Rupee,
Let the exporters negotiate for themselves forward Dollar premium or fee!!!!

With a strong Rupee India can do with some shopping,
Shopping that would take care of supply position and lead to inflation bubble's popping!

Inflation refuses to abate,
Inflation is still going up at + 6% rate!!

And its expected to stay buoyant …. decrease not in sight!!!
In fact may reach a new height!!!

Of course PC's going to say this is a global trend,
What message is PC trying to send???

Is he saying that we should be prepared to pay more???
And taking this as a Global phenomenon we should not be sore!!!

The inflation here is Sarkaar made,
For higher inflation the foundation Sarkaar laid!!!

Speculation , exports, Multinational entry etc. have made prices shoot,
Sabh ne kiya humm ko loot!!!

And all that we got from the good Doctor and PC was 'we'll tackle inflation'!!
Because of wrong tackling and leaks in inflation there's been no deflation!

In Punjab BJP wants the Deputy CM's post,
Initially during Cabinet negotiations BJP wanted this the most!!!

But Badal got them to withdraw this demand,
But he too knew that demand was put only in remand!!

Sooner or later BJP would make this demand,
Viewing its performance BJP would like a share of the Command!!!

Against ICC, BCCI is moving a no confidence motion,
Against BCCI Indians have the same emotion!!!

Can we move a motion to throw the present BCCI incumbents out????
