Uncertainty over BHEL's new CMD
Uncertainty is prevailing as far as appointment of new Chairman cum Managing Director(CMD) of public sector "Navratna" of Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) is concerned. Present incumbent A.K.Puri will superannuate from BHEL's CMD ship on February 29,2008. Do not abuse other cadre

I would like to advise Vinod Arora to place their grievances/ demand or complaint before any authority but without condemning/abusing any of the cadres with whom he has to work at his workplace. Assistants are recruited with the requisite qualification of Graduate in any discipline and that to after a healthy all India level competition in many of the subjects including Maths whereas the Steno Gr. D or Gr. C are recruited by way of another All India level competition but with requisite educational qualification of Just High School or 10th or equivalent with skills in Steno ship. All the benefits scored by PAs in GOI are just on the basis of parity, so called, with the Assistants/SOs. The so called parity of PA with Assistant is void-ab-initio. How can a High School Passed candidate be considered equivalent to a Graduate. Can just a 10th passed candidate apply for a Post Graduate Course. There is no comparison between the duties and responsibilities that of an Assistant, SO, US or DS with a Steno Gr. C, B, PPS or Sr. PPS. PAs, PPS and Sr. PPS are always given due respect by the cadres of SO, US or DS. Avery one in the office either he is peon or at the top level, is given due respect. I hope that Arora will agree with this advise for not abusing any one while keeping his grievances before any authority.

Apropos views of Vinod Arora about better designation to PA/Ps/PPS etc, I may inform that in Tamil Nadu the posts of peons were re-designated as Office Asst. About 15 years ago, on the point of better self-esteem. I don't know to what extent it has helped. Yet there seems to be some merit in the argument.

Great Lady Doctor Mayawati

When Rajnath Singh was Union Minister he disgraced himself and tarnished the BJPs name by listening only to corrupt IAS officers, usually Banias from U .P. like Aggarwals ,Goels and Jains and at their behest punished honest and efficient officers by transferring them and suspending them on the basis of false and forged complaints instigated by his own corrupt officers. He never bothered to find out for himself if the complaints were true or forged. The honest officers were neither heard nor seen by the Minister. The 1 billion people of India are very happy that Rajnath Singh is now getting a taste of his own bitter medicine at the hands of the great lady doctor and surgeon Dr. Mayawati. Maybe now Rajnath Singh will learn his lesson and understand the Hindu law of Karma, Dharma and Maya--wati. This is real Hindutwa ,that is ,Rajnath on a hot tawa!!
