Take CGHS apathy seriously
The views expressed on CGHS apathy needs to be taken up seriously. It feels as if one has entered a scary land in a chakravyuh. Reimbursement of the CGHS contribution made during the year should be made to those who have not availed any medicines through CGHS in that year.

This is not fair

Recently, DoPT justified lowly salaries given to government servants in India on the ground that government's work is in the social domain. India is certainly not the only country in the world (it is one in 200+), nor is it held as a model state by any other country in the world (including India 's tiny neighbors). Did DoPT really mean that countries like UK , Singapore , etc are foolhardy that they pay their government servants as per market rate? We emulate UK in governance and in every other thing, then why not in pay to government servants? Do UN, NGOs etc (who pay their servants well) do not work in the social sector?
It has also stated that all Group-A service officers are provided residential accommodations and transports. How many Under-Secretaries, DS/Directors etc even in the DoPT have been provided with official transport? None! So, the rule is that majority of Group-A officers are not provided with any transport. Regarding residential accommodation, the statistics on housing satisfaction is so low that it would be appropriate to say that government provides residential accommodation only as a matter of exception, not as a matter of rule.

What 'prestige' is AK Singh talking about? Please go out and ask an average asesse what he or she thinks about the IT department. Powers of harassment is not equivalent to prestige. No way !!

Aaj Ki Aawaz

For Laloo its 'whole world on one side and wife and her family on the other side'!!!
And what Rabdi orders Laloo karta hai abide!!!

We saw this during his rule in Bihar and now as Rail Mantri it's just the same!!!
To join two villages which are 2 Kms., apart track is being laid and this is a shame!!

Two villages are Laloo's and Rabdi's villages and its all for the 'in laws' convenience!
Rabdi they say feels traveling via road causes her a lot of inconvenience!!!

Via train the travel between Rabdi's sasooral and maika has been made shorter and aasaan!!!
No wonders they say on one side is the entire world and on the other side is one's jaan!!!

Railway manual does not permit stoppage between two stations that are 2 Kms., apart!!
But then to get around this Laloo has the necessary art!!

Whenever she wants something done from Laloo Rabdi has a tried and tested way!!
First serves her Sahib pakodas and ginger lemon tea and then what she wants karti hai say!!

Laloo should try to stay away from Bangalore !!!
Because after his anti Kanadigas statements he knows for him what is in store!!

Laloo's anger on Kanadigas is partly because of his 'paapi pett (stomach)'!!!
On his special train in the State the lunch he felt was bad and also late!!

And then he's upset because Kanadigas disrupted a function!!
They said that Railways like an employment bureau for Biharis karr raha hai function!

RJD goons shouted 'Papu Yadav chhootegaa, jail ka darwaaza tootegaa'!!
Looking at his expanding girth Papu bahut jaldi phootegaa (burst)!!!

Seems the food in jail really has suited Papoo!!!
Spends his days hogging and playing paploo!!

And if and when Papoo is released they'll have to use a forklift,
Joh Papoo ko karr sakke gi lift!!!

What's happening on the reshuffle front.... seems its got stuck????
And if does not take place two Congressis are going to curse their luck!!!

They say to Kolkata Dasmunshi is being packed off!!!!
Many WB Congressis iss move ko karrenge scoff!!

Dasmunshi will not unite Congress but will divide!!!
And we know Pranab Da will be on whose side???

Is it true that Javed Akhtar was Sonia's speechwriter for her infamous Gujarat speech?
When kiya tha Sonia ne 'maut ka saudagar' screech!!!

Serves her right for getting her speeches penned by a 'pseudo filmy pen'!!!
And post this speech Congress was counted out … TKO after count from 1 to 10!!!

As it is she did not have the Gujarathis pulse in her hand,
And then she relied on Javed for her speeches and bajaod her own band!!!

And then to get off the hook she got hospitalized for sympathy!!!
But was not able to get from Public empathy!!!

Now she's on the look out for a speechwriter who will pen the right mix!!!
Facts, humour, emotion and not get he hit for a six!!!!

She has to realize she has to give the inputs!!!
And then these inputs into flowing speech the speech writer puts!!

He peppers the speech with adages, puns, emotion and light hassi!!!
Like they say Public hassi toh samjo phassi!!!

Sonia needs to stop talking of the Kandhar hijack!!!
Would she kindly let us know what Congress would have done to get the passengers back???

Why doesn't Congress support Praful's zero tolerance to hijacking proposition????
Why Congress on this proposition is showing opposition???

News on the Budget is that PC's calculator has broken down!!
Had to happen because all the time with the buttons he used to clown!!!

Now the Mandarins at the Ministry have got him an abacus to do his arithmetic!!!!
Seeing him trying to grapple with the abacus is a sight you'd find pathetic!!

Manmohan has issued Indian growth a clean chit!!!
An unconfident Manmohan says he's confident that growth 9% karre gi hit!!!

Wish he's pick up the phone and talk to Uncle Ben and then make this call!!!
Because he'll not be gung-ho after making this call!!

But then he has an escape way out…… he'll resort to some economic lingo!!
That why economic growth is in limbo!!!

Manmohan says that inflation will be kept at an acceptable level… what a joke!!!
Such ludicrous statements why does he croak!!!

As an economist he knows inflation strikes at will!!!
And the measures that Governments take is like water given to swallow a bitter pill!!

Has he forgotten how inflation has gone out of hand just some time ago!!
When every fortnight up and up it would go!!!

And Uncle Ben in USA has either printed money or cut interest rates!!!!
Every time some new funda he states!!!

If there's no recession then why has there been such an aggressive cut in rates!!
Like our Manmohan Uncle Ben too does not mean what he states!!

Confucius says……. Economies all over the world have both micro and macro links!!
And all wink or blink if US winks or blinks!!!
