Sixth Pay Commission -reality

Pay Commission is said to have already formulated a "whopping" increase of Rs.1,200 to 2,000 in the gross salary (Not to talk of ever increasing EXPENDITURE TAX rechristened as Service Tax over and above on already taxed income), so the poll appears to be redundant. As per the scheme (as the rumor mill goes...), only the Basic shall appear to have doubled/ tripled (thanks to the jugglery of mergers....), CIT onward there shall be fixed salary with no more annual increments, JCIT & Additional CIT scales have been merged into one, pension shall be stagnated at Rs.20,000 i.e. maximum. Press shall be shouting from the top of the roof that the salaries of Government employees are doubled/ tripled. Exchequer is burdened by these many crores of 'their' tax money (without mentioning the real effect i.e. inflation, comparative salaries in other sectors etc.). IRS shall again be put at par, once again, with other lousy organs of the State, so far the salaries are concerned. Specialized skills of the IRS shall again be ignored....
Still .... I hope, life should be OK.

"If anyone has seen type IV quarter of GoI, he can vouch that it is designed for lilput pigmies not for humans." If Government officers accept themselves to be pygmies, who else is to be blamed. Many type IV quarters' designing architects have been awarded and rewarded. Option is always available to the incumbent Government officers to stay in private accommodation, for which provisions of HRA is always there.

Welcome development in Kerala

The announcement of 5 Yrs private sector job for Kerala officers is a welcome development. I wonder when would DoPT wake up to the usefulness of such a move in Central services.
1.It will give the officers a rounded exposure, a reality check, a break from the ivory tower we are sitting in.
2.It will also mean that some good officers of Government will go to private sector and help in wealth creation and nation building
3.Bureaucrats can definitely benefit from their experience in Private sector.
4.There is enough talent in Government to take place of bureaucrats who will leave.
5. It will also help solve the problem of stagnation in higher bureaucracy.

Aaj Ki Aawaz

Laloo said that Balasahib is now of advanced age and he should do pooja!!!
And this got Sena's 'thopdaa' (face) sooja (swollen)!!!

Saamna has called Laloo a bachcha!!!
Definition Laloo ko hai jachchaa (suit)!!

Because if you replay the sound bytes this will be obvious!!!
And Laloo's wrong when he says that people who call him so are envious!!

'Jaise ko taisa milla' you must have heard of this song but who is jaisa and who is taisa?
They are taking turns at being jaisa and taisa and you know hothaa hai yeh kaisa!!!

Now its Laloo's turn to become taisa and to respond!!!
Fact is they are fishes of the same pond!!

Laloo's lost his grip on Bihar and Raj's exit has dented Balasahib's party!!!!
And this could be the cause for their repartee!!!!

Laloo's plan to become India 's PM is now in the dustbin!!!
Will be a miracle if Bihar he can win!!!

BJP is now planning to put Congress on the rug!!!
A lot of baggage Congress karr rahi hai lug!!!

Congress has ordered Singhvi and Sibal to gargle and to keep their throats prepared!!!!!
To shout back when Congress is dared!!!

Both Singhvi and Sibal cut sorry figures during and after the Gujarat poll!!!!
So the advice that they should follow is ' tholl moll ke boll' (weigh and then speak)!!!

Though later Sibal saved face by accepting the 'thumping' defeat!!!!
And with this Sibal 'beat the retreat'!!!

BJP should not let things become personal and should be objective!!!
And not respond to Congress which will ultimately turn subjective!!!

As defeat becomes obvious Congress is going to turn nasty and foul!!!!
Day and night Congress is going let out berating howl after howl!!!

Congress has itself to blame for its state!!!
And whatever little its tried to do is too little and too late!!

PC can do a Bush and give us all Rs. 10,000 spending money!!!!
It'll only take a miracle to turn the neem in our mouths into honey!!!

People are bitter because Congress has not walked the talk!!
And when it was time to deliver Congress ne kiya balk!!!

Then it was the Commies are not letting us work or some other reason!!!
If Manifesto is its pledge then with us Congress has committed treason!!

Like many ask what about the jiggery pokery that Pawar's done!!!!
Action taken ….. none!!!

Why is only an Inquiry being conducted on the price of the imported wheat???
Why on quality are they not turning on the heat????

The wheat at many ports was found unfit for human's to eat!!!
So they should enquire into both over pricing and pathetic quality of the imported wheat!!!

The price was for a certain quality and the quality was blatantly flouted!!!
And then as 'imported wheat' all over the Country this wheat was touted!!!

Speaking or Pawar….. IPL Team Owners in the first phase will end up deep in the red or laal!!!
Will loose a lot of maal!!!!

As per estimates they could end up losing Rs. 30 crores/year and could be even more!!!!
Money into upkeep and promotion of the Team they'll have to pour!!!

Teams will travel by air and in first class Hotels they'll stay!!!!
Top Rupee the owners will have to pay!!!

And now it'll less of cricket and more of drama baazi!!!!
On and off field antics, dosti and naraazi!!!

Why do you think Symonds is behaving like a monkey????
Arre bhai public ka banaa rahe hai yeh donkey!!!

Because of no patriotism there's a huge disconnect!!!
Its patriotism that makes the connect!!!

If you ask me after the first few years IPL will be Indian Phuss League or flop!!!!
This huge bubble that has been built will burst or pop!!!

Confucius says….. IPL cannot be like the Football League or NBA!!!!
And sadly for this very costly error Team Owners and Sony will pay!!!!
