Aaj Ki Aawaz
How funny….. SP will support UPA in the House!!!!
But outside House will express on the 123 Deal its grouse!!!!
What a web these people are weaving????
In the House SP for UPA will be joyous and outside the House on UPA it'll be grieving!!
Amar justifies change in stand so as to fight communalism,
Actually its nothing put political opportunism!!!

And isn't being pro a minority being communal... what else is this?????
Today for votes Congress and SP karte hai the ground that 'a minority' walks on kiss!!!
Amar pouted and publicly said that SP had no idea what the Deal was all about!!!
And UPA has sent the National Security Advisor to clear Amar's pout!!!
Why should NSA got to Amar's house.... how very demeaning and a security breach????
What does the Security Manual teach????
Such presentations and discussions should take place in a room that is abs secure!!!
And Amar's home comes in the classification 'unsecure'!!!!
And if Amar Singh can be told about the Deal then why not let all MPs know???
This sure is to the Country's security a huge blow!!!
One thing is Amar is having a whale of a time and enjoying himself!!!!
He better enjoy fast because SP and UPA have a 'limited shelf life on power's shelf'!!!
Like any commodity this support too has a limited shelf life,
Power is like an unfaithful husband or wife!!!!
Amar for the next few weeks will be driving around Delhi !!!
Grabbing every chance to be seen on the telly!!
Sonia they say would like to keep as far from Amar as she can!!!!!
For all purposes in 10 Janpath on Amar's entry there is still a ban!!!
She'd prefer to talk to Mulayam,
Her animosity to Amar is very much kaayam!!!!
The carrot at the end of Karat's stick has been eaten!!!!
And because of SP's support to UPA with his very stick Karat's being beaten!!
He should be a very worried man as now Commies are set to loose more!!!
Seems in the future for Commies there are more losses and beatings in store!!!!
Karat and Yechury have had a whale of a time year after year!!!!
And now from fourth gear both are changing to reverse gear!!!
For more than four years they've been King Makers and enjoyed every bit of it!!!!
On UPA's head for more than four years kiya Commies ne sit!!!
Karat warns UPA 'next time you come to us for support we'll say no'!!!!!
And then threateningly advises them 'And then for support where will you go'?????
Karat Ji tomorrow when you see power again in your reach,
You will run to grasp power and all road blocks you've made you'll breach!!!
Power has left such a sweet taste in Karat's gob,
And there are chances he could end up loosing his job!!!
The perception is that during his stint Commies have taken a beating!!!
And in Bengal there's going to be a lot of unseating!!!
Another piece of good news is that Commies will pull out Somnath Da!!!!!
And Members of Lok Sabha will be egging him on with 'ja ja ja' (go)!!!
He'll go down in History as one of the worst Speakers and his exit will be welcomed by all!!!!
' Good riddance' will be the call!!!
Oil is not in short supply or there would have been queues outside Petrol Pumps!!!!
So this rise in prices sure stumps!!!
A lot of speculative money is being parked in Oil!!!
And that's making Oil boil!!!
I still feel sooner than later Oil prices will fall to sub 100 level!!!
And then expect Stocks to revel!!!!
The Bulls will be back on the street!!!
And a hasty retreat the Bears will beat!!!
Markets are down to 12,000 level and there is still more down side!!!
Had warned of this slide!!!!
FII's had started shorting way back in October 2007 and have made a killing!!!
Coffers FII's have been filling!!!
10% of India 's population has from villages to Cities!!!!
And Sarkaar not catering for this inevitability is one of the biggest pity's!!!!
Lacking infrastructure for this shift Cities are bursting at the seams!!!!
As villagers still keep moving to Cities literally in teams!!!
Now brace yourself for a spurt in inflation as Truckers go on a strike!!!!!
In food items prices there's bound to be a hike!!!!
Confucius says…..Woes for the Aam Aadmi are raining and pouring,
And seems this UPA Sarkaar is snoring!!!!
Adds……How can this Sarkaar take preemptive measures when it's sleeping!!!
Sonia ji and Manu ji please remember 'lekha jokha' (account) Aam Aadmi is keeping!!!

Sixth Pay Commission Says Rs.100/- =Rs.12830/-.
I think point raised on the immediate need to address the anomaly by pay commission is very valid. Otherwise how does one explain the sudden exodus of Directors from Central Deputation. Some have already left while others are on the verge of leaving. Point ix of pay commission's errata " that there will be no change in the pay band that the officer is withdrawing before the deputation" does not seem to be addressing the problem at hand, for it talks about 'before the deputation'. What about those who have got senior grade in their parent service soon after joining deputation (they may be senior to those lucky few who may have drawn the grade, say even for a couple of days before joining the deputation). Does it mean they will draw Rs.20,000 less?
Another point to note is what band the errata Point ix is referring to? There was no band earlier, there was only scale which was separated from each other by a mere Rs.100. Pay Commission should come out clearly on what band the Directors should be. Logic says pay band IV otherwise it will be really one of the most serious anomalies.
Anomaly: Under Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries, Directors will all be in one pay band and the difference between a Director's pay, who has got SAG in his cadre while being on deputation, from his fellow batchmates will not be Rs.100 as earlier, it won't even be Rs.12,830, infact it will be more than Rs.20,000 after including emoluments.
All that pay Commission needs here is a clarification on pay band of Directors and then re-fixation of their pay , against the pay they would have actually drawn had they not be on deputation (the second part is already done at the time of Directors getting SAG promotion in their cadre/service). It is only payband which may create confusion here and that needs to be addressed quickly.

Best wishes for N B Singh
CBDT was in dire need of a strong leader,at this crucial juncture, with a tenure. Best wishes to him and his team.

Liberahan Commission
Government orders enquiries against scams and misdeeds of one party or the other and spend crores of rupees to complete the enquiry, but conviction or even outcome of these enquiries either tardy or not at all finalised, like the one above. Already 8 crore rupees have been spent in above enquiry, and I don't think any enquiry can conduct a fool-proof enquiry and recommend action against the miscreants. Then why to empty the government treasury? Better re-think on such enquiries.

There are black sheeps in every organisation
The comments like the one about certain Nihar Khan should be edited by the website. This man makes allegation that IRS officers don't need government pay. What does this harishchandra want to prove and to which service he belongs to. Just tell me the service, I will show you the mirror in which you will see an ill-illustrious officer caught by CBI or Income tax. So my dear don't generalise a service. There are black sheep in each organisation.
Shantanu Ghosh
Will you allow such comment for IAS ?
While your column allows publication of such malicious comments as written by Nihar Khan against IRS officers ,would it allow the same comments written about, say IAS cadre, to be published on this website. Of course not, the rules of the game change for the Kings. But remember when the king appropriates(concessional plots etc.) it is legitimate, but when the subject appropriates, it is unlawful.
Khar Khan
Go through Transparency International report
Nihar Khan would do well to go through Transparency International's sectoral corruption index and obtain for himself where Income Tax stands on corruption. For easy reference, it ranks below schools, police, land administration, judiciary, electricity, government hospitals, rural financial institutions, municipal services, and no where in those set ups is there an income tax guy either at the top or middle or in the bottom. Its far too easy to throw in a sensational line and gloat at your senselessness !!
Desilocal
IRS is most responsible service
People like Khan should be responsible before they make such sweeping and objectionable statements about the service. On what basis can such statement being made. I believe that IRS is one of the most responsible service but at the same time has been a victim of the fact that there is no adequate representation at the higher level.
I would suggest that the website should screen such irresponsible statements.
