Amar Singh Ji do you think you are that smart????
We all know you've made deception into an art!!
Amar's name figures in the Clinton donors list!!!
But around the name there is mist!!!
It's a faceless name!!!
Amar Singh technically cannot be linked and at the same time he gets the fame!!!
They say Amar Singh banked on Hillary's Presidential foray!!!!
'If Hillary becomes President it'll be very good' insiders say Amar karta tha say!!
Not sure if this donation is from SP's funds or a personal gesture by Amar Singh!!!!
And rest assured 'the fat man ain't gonna sing'!!!
Anything that is anti India has Commies ka support!!
That is why many say ' India se karro communism ko deport'!!!
At such a time Congress and Commies vote bank politics karr rahe hai play!!!
In strongest terms this pandering to vote banks we all should flay!!!
Now it's very clear that Antulay is just a pawn in the game!!!!
Otherwise in a jiffy Congress karti Antulay ko tame!!!
Congress wanted to keep its vote bank intact!!
To keep its vote banks intact its used tact!!!
A question that India needs to think… will India allow US to use Indian bases???
What will India 's response be if this question US raises???
Will it allow US to use Indian Soil for missile launches????
If India has to ally with US to fight terror it has to realize there are no free lunches!!
We can say these are non State actors attacking Pakistan from Indian soil!!!
To wage a war against terror karr rahe hai yeh non State actors toil!!!
India cannot be a fence sitter any more and has to decide!!!
Is it on 'war against terror's side'?????
India can attack the terror factories after US mobilizes its Naval Armada in the Arabian sea!!!
We are hockey playing Nation and know to score a goal we have enter the dee!!
With Congress now in election mode such hard decisions it'll avoid!!!!
When it comes to such decisions at the helm there will be a void!!!
With Congress's dependence on the majority minority vote bank!!
It can't afford ki yeh vote bank ho jaye tank!!!
And Diplomacy is only a bandaid as action will someday need to a taken!!!
To this reality we should awaken!!!
Terror Camps are producing terrorists and for how long will there be a lull????
Diplomacy is not the hull (solution)!!!
Today flattening these training camps is the hull (solution)!!!
And India will have to do this aaj nahi toh kall!!!
The terrorists look at US as the biggest enemy so US needs to act too!!!
And a collaboration between India and US would be an apt thing to do!!
Confucius says….With diplomacy terror attacks will only be postponed!!!
Temporarily down the terror attacks will be toned!!!
Adds… But if terror has to be stopped then terror camps need to be flattened!!!
Where terror is being fattened!!!!

New dept to accommodate a particular IAS ?
Is the government contemplating setting up a new department for HIV and AIDS only to accommodate a particular IAS officer ?. Maybe the government should set up 2 or 3 departments to handle TB, Malaria , Tobacco and Cancer which are larger health menace but largely ignored as against big brother HIV-AIDS

What others think about IAS?
There has been a lot of talk about IAS vs other AIS/military and every IAS officer on your site has pleaded, remarked and stated that IAS is superior in all respects including efficiency... In Haryana the IAS got new pay scales the moment notification was received, IPS got one month later and IFS....still the file is being withheld by an IAS officer..may be they will get after the state employees. Again all IAS till 93 batch have been promoted to commissioner rank, all IPS till 92 batch have been promoted to DIG rank and for IFS the promotion has been till 1988 batch..perhaps the only state where even 1988 batch is waiting and waiting...there is no dearth of talent in the country..but what IAS believes is that they are super citizens...what the junta thinks..won't be a bad idea if some online polling is initiated for searching an answer as to what other services think about them.

Group B services not serious about their future
Very few voices come from people who belong to the second category in Civil Services. The group B services, CSS and people from State Civil Services are one of the most important element in the system of administration but it is very sad to note that no one is serious about their future. Dr. Chander Dutta has raised his anguish in this regards though in some harsh words but his concern is genuine. The main reason behind the stagnation of Civil servants from this cadre is primarily attributed to themselves. In case of states the public service commissions are in very bad shape and the merit is not followed always leading to selection of a big chunk of incompetent people to state civil services. Since they are not upto the mark they have to depend on their superiors and politicians for their survival and they cannot fight for their due legitimate rights. There is a very big percentage of well read, educated and competent officers in state civil service and CSS but they are also keeping silent because if they raise their voice against the discrimination meted out to them in terms of promotion and career growth they will be singled out and victimised. The State Civil Service Associations are simply happy with small pay enhancements and few plum postings and don't raise their voice. The second most important reason for the plight of the state service officers is the lack of big hearted and great officers like Mr. Noronha who used to treat all officers with same eye and saw to it that justice was given to all. It was the foresight of these officers that people who joined as Deputy Collectors in those days could retire as Principal Secretary in States and Special Secretary at centre. Today situation is entirely reverse in some states that a Dy. Collector cannot even dream of getting IAS in his entire career.

Hindi pakhwara in GOI offices
It is a fact that majority of us in Government of India offices know Hindi but we intentionally don't work in Hindi. As a result, the government is compelled to spend crores of rupees in promoting Hindi. I think tough hand in needed in implementation of Hindi in GOI. Policy of persuasion won't work here. Further, group B, C, D are time and again persuaded to work in Hindi but JS and above officials are never touched for not working in Hindi. Open contempt can be seen in many Secretaries to the GoI.'s behaviour for Hindi. They openly defy official rules. You won't find even a single Secretary working in Hindi. No one signs in Hindi. All official orders are issued in English. First of all check their working. Make them answerable(read: punish them for flouting rules). Hindi will come automatically in GoI.

Why Department of Posts is not giving benefit of ACP ?
I am working in department of posts. I was given ACP in 2005 but post 6th CPC. I have been denied this benefit by Department of Posts. And here I am not the only one. Many like me have been denied the benefits of ACP. Though we should have been given this benefit after ten years of service but we are not being given this benefit even after 15 years of service in the same grade. My all requests are falling on deaf ears. I don't know what to do.

Suspension of CIC/SICs
Obviously I am referring to the case of suspension of the Chief Information Commissioner of UP by the Governor. The power is there in the RTI Act, no doubt. But as a political fall out such a suspension can be arbitrary to suit the interest of the government in power. Result is demoralisation of the institution of the SIC. CIC/SICs need to be protected from arbitrary suspension. It is therefore suggested that any government proposal for suspension of any CIC or SIC should route through the three member committee which finalises recommendation for appointment of CIC / SICs. Since ruling party and the opposition both are in the committee there will be political balance in the scrutiny of the proposal and this will rule out any injustice to any body. Need of the hour is to protect the State Information Commission from government interference.
