Animal Husbandry dept not bothered about stenos
D/Personnel has confirmed its name as Department of Animal Husbandry. Recently, they have issued an order calling for the required ACRs of Principal Private Secretaries of 2005, 06, and 07 with the intention of confirming them very quickly in that post because they are gazetted whereas this department is not bothered about the stenos who are rotting for more than 22 years as Steno Gr.'D' and presently working as adhoc-Grade'C'for so many years just because we are non-gazetted. Can this department certify that how many PPS and Sr.PPPS really sit late to assist their officers. Instead these PPS/Sr.PPPs depend on these adhoc stenos to assist them. Only god should save us from this embarassment.

Need to look at our system
There is a definite need to comprehensively look at our system for selection for various top positions in the government. It is a undeniable fact that all the services, be it all india or central services, have within their flock officers ranging from outstanding to average. It is extremely unfair if an outstanding central service officer is ignored and an average officer of IAS is instead selected just because of the service tag. The system should atleast insure that outstanding officers of central services get the same opportunity as their counterparts in the IAS.
