promotion only to IAS ? The latest move to grant supertime to only IAS
in 14th year is once again a design of the all powerful IAS. Other services are
getting it not even in 20 years. That simply means that other services are now
worse than deputy collectors which begin as Class 2 officers. Many of the members
of present IPS , IRS have far higher ranks than old batch IAS officers in view
of the cut in intake of all services still they are now as bad as class 2 services.
Difference up to two years was somehow palatable but this yawning gap will really
demoralise all other services. And I know no one will ever do anything to check
this selfish move. Sunil Think of other services also The
lesser mortals of other services (Non IAS) be ready to get a big jolt at the hands
of the DoPT. A proposal is at advanced stages of discussion in DoPT that IAS will
be given supertime scale on completion of 14 years. As of now whereas other services
officer languish 20 to 22 years to get supertime scale, IAS get it on first Jan
of the 14th year. Yesterday on 1st Jan when you were busy greeting each other
on new year and promotion was last thing in your mind, the IAS officers of 1992
have be given supertime scale. So you are already 4 to 6 years behind depending
on which service you belong to. Now this gap will further increase by 2 years
by the latest move. I have come to know it from the newspapers reports. While
other services are making laborious preparation to make as impressive representation
before the Pay Commission to get small dues, IAS will get the major benefit not
by any recommendation of a Pay Commission but simply because the DoPT feels so.
I cannot understand that when all service matters are considered by Pay Commission
how can a particular service can be given partisan favours at the disadvantage
of other services. Shantanu Ghosh It's a shame Shame
of Colonel Satish Dewan for thinking up such sexist rubbish. Obviously, the man
must be a tired worthless male chauvinist, well past his prime, both in the brains
and the brawn department. Shame on your website for publishing such nonsense too.
Just shows what this website is all about - tired and useless gossip about and
for the has-beens of the service. I hope Dewan' wife gives him hell for this utterly
crass rubbish, written in obvious poor taste. T R Raghunandan Aaj
Ki Aawaz First step to atonement is accepting the fault!!! Not accepting
fault is like adding to a wound salt!!! In MP BJP's position is bad, In
Rajasthan it's you can say better only by a tad!!! So BJP needs to do
some serious contemplation!!! And launch a redeem operation!!! On doing
well in MP and Rajasthan Congress is gung ho!! They boast that both States
to Congress will go!! Well if BJP does get its act together it can cause
a slip between Congress's cup and lip!! And at the finishing line BJP Congress
ko karr sakthi hai pip!!! One thing is for sure that in both these States
there's no Congress wave!!! So don't know why Congress karr rahi hai rave!!!
Maybe in both States BJP will have to serve Hinduvta roti with development
ki chutney!! In Gujarat it served development ka rotla and made Congress ki
chutney!! Madam Sonia is to be discharged from hospital today!!! And
indoors for some day she'll have to stay!! When they land up on the hospital
bed people do tend to contemplate!!! Tend to look at their life's plate!!!
The leftovers from the past (Nehru- Gandhi) are rotting in her plate and leaving
a stink!!! So she needs to do some serious washing at her conscience's sink!!!
Badhe Miya toh Badhe Miya chotte Miye subhan Allah!!! Laloo's two
sons ne kiya pana mooh kaala!!! For eves teasing both Tarun and Tejpal
were bashed up black and blue!!! Though when Laloo was asked he shammed that
he did not have a clue!!! Of course he'll spin the incident and switch
roles of the bashers and his brats!!! Say that bashers were teasing girls and
his boys were defying these obnoxious rats!!! They are Laloo's sons and
will be dutifully protected by Delhi Cops!!!! And maybe Manmohan will clean
chit them and will not hesitate to pull all stops!!!! What's happened
to Natwar's book???? Which he had boasted 'Congress's goose it'll cook'!!!!
Fact is Natwar's own credibility is extremely low!!!! After Oil for Food
his credibility has taken a huge blow!!! But he still threatens that he'll
huff and puff and blow Congress away!!! And he's been boasting about this since
out of the Party Congress showed him the way! Natwar wants to clear the
oil slick on his name!!!! In posterity he does want to be known as Natwar Singh
of Oil for Food fame!!! His son continues to throw names and his weight
around!!! Wherever he goes he has to make a 'loud sound'!!! Dhummal's
implemented hike in daily wage and social security pension!!!! But it's another
decision of his that is giving Virbhadra tension!!! This is Dhummal's
decision to review decisions made by Virbhadra Sarkaar!! And here Virbhadra
knows padh sakthi hai maar!!! Maya's social engineering has flopped out
of Uttar Pradesh!!! But seems she's not got the sandesh!!! Now she's
all set to try this social engineering in India 's 'down under'!!! She now
hopes that to her social engineering Tamil Nadu will surrender!! Seems
now Congress has decided to turn the heat on under Maya!!! Change of strategy
in UP by Congress ne hai yeh badlaaw laya!!! Yes if Congress wants to
come to power post midterm poll or general election!!! In Congress's UP strategy
there was bound to be a correction!! Good that this step has been taken
because in UP Congress was looking UP!!!! Utterly Puzzled is how you decipher
the latter UP!!! Or maybe this is Congress's chaal to get Maya into an
amiable frame of mind!!!! By putting her in a bind!!!!! By a couple
of decades Maya has to postpone her PM hopes!!! As outside UP for votes BSP
literally gropes!! On the other hand Mulayam has made no PM ambitions!!! But
to allying with SP Congress has its conditions!! Amar less SP would be
on the top!!! Out of the Party karro iss ko lop!!! Confucius says
.
In UP Congress has to ride piggy back!!! Because votes in UP Congress does
grossly lack!!
