Lt Gen B.S.Sisodia is DG Ordnance Service

Lieutenant General Bharat Singh Sisodia, has taken over as Director General(DG) Ordnance Services at the Army HQ. He was commissioned in the Army Ordnance Corps on December 20, 1970.The General Officer has had an illustrious career spanning nearly four decades. Besides various other courses he has also attended the Long Defence Management Course at College of Defence Management, Secunderabad and the National Defence Course at National Defence College, Delhi.He has represented the North Zone in Duleep Trophy and has also been a member of the Services Cricket Team in North Zone, Ranji Trophy. He was also the Manager and Coach of the Services Cricket Team from 1985 to 87.He has replaced Lt Gen D.D.S. Sandhu, who retired on 31,2007.
