ek ka ho gaya hai chaar!!!! Abh aap ka kya hogaa Sonia
Gandhi????? Chall padhi hai anti Congress wave ki aandhi!!!! Why doesn't
Sonia take a sabbatical and save face??? Moorti of tyaag has fallen from grace!!!!
Or she could try the tried and tested way!!! And make PM or Puppet Manmohan
pay!!!! Put all the blame on good ole Manmohan Singh in public domain, Say
that his indecisiveness proved to be the bane!!! Privately give him the
golden handshake and let him walk into oblivion, Or like in cricket they'll
say return to the pavilion!!! And for the five years out of power throw
Rahul into the deep end, For himself let him fend!!! Maybe the upcoming
loss would then be a blessing in disguise!!!! Opportunity for Rahul to blossom
in loss ka guise!!!! In fact if Rahul has to blossom Sonia needs to take
VRS and retire, And then Congress Rahul should rewire!!!! As of now
our desi Prince's condition is very much akin to UK's Prince
the real one!! Like
the real Queen in UK our Desi Queen is not willing to abdicate for her son!!!
Congress's Manish Tiwari, Seems to be suffering in his upper storey from
some bimaari!! But then if you analyze all Congress Spokesmen suffer the
same illness, Symptoms are blabbering and mental dullness!!! Singhvi
and Natrajan are now totally worn out and are being rested, And now Tiwari
is being tested!! Kapil is only mobilized on special occasions to air
his views, And using his legal prowess the holes he sews!! He tires
to sew but holes don't get sewed, And now with such a fall in credibility holes
are just glued!!!! And by the time he finishes gluing the holes are gaping
once more, But still when thought fit Kapil is brought to the fore!!! Yes
Mr. PC what about Farmers who've paid back their loans???? Why are you ignoring
their moans??? To benefit a Farmer has to be a defaulter
...how
quaint????? It's more like blessing the Devil and cursing the Saint!!!!
For political gains if Sonia can mend fences with Mulayam, Can't BJP become
towards Uma mulayam???? Uma's problem is that if BJP agrees to mending
fences, She'll go out of her senses!!!! She'll go about boasting that
ultimately BJP had to bend, And many say mending fences with her wrong message
karre ga send!!! There is no shortage in crude so why are crude prices
rocketing!!!! Seems a lot of profits speculators are pocketing!!! I
feel crude will fall to below $ 100 level sooner than later, But till that
happens to high fuel costs economies will have to cater!!! Commies say
'under recoveries' is just a big lie or jhoot, Sorry for the crassness but
Congress says Commies are fishing in mooth (urine)!!!! But no harm in
coming out with the facts, Lets see how MOPNG acts!!!! Interest rates
should go up though PC because of his Sensex fixation is trying to stall!!! Refusing
to take the call!!! And economist PM thumbs karr raha hai twiddle, His
attitude sure does riddle!!!! A lawyer FM arguing against a rise in rates, And
an economist PM can't figure it out and just waits!!!!! Confucius says
..
What else can you expect when you have a lawyer as the FM!!!! And an inactive
economist or an economist who has lost touch with economics as PM!!!!!

Retirement age should be 65 The raising of retirement age to 65 by PM/FM
would be welcomed by the government servants and they would stop pressing for
pay raise and other benefits. It would also be in line with international retirement
age. People are marrying late and their children are still not settled when they
are 60. So this is a welfare measure. Do the protagonists of early reitrement
really think that they can take on a new career at age 60 ?. Civil Servant This
would cause negative effect I have seen the views of Devindra on the increase
of retirement age to 65. I don't feel that the FM would have agreed as said in
his opinion. Any such move now would definitely cause negative effect and would
also raise doubts if it is meant to be given favour to someone otherwise it would
have been ordered immediately on the announcement of the 6th pay Commission in
February itself. If the FM has agreed then this raise must be given from 1st Jan
2008 and all those who have retired must be given an option to return in case
they are ready to return the terminal benefits. This would be a just and proper
decision to give advantage to all without any discrimination to all those would
had been waiting from Jan 2008 and have retired in the meantime. D K Singh CSS
and CSSS I read your comments that CSSS are not policy makers and have
placed the CSS on the better side. By this you mean to say that an LDC is more
capable than a Steno. In the earlier days an LDC used to work only in diary and
dispatch. Now a days they are given table work, do you think that they execute
their work properly. NO. They just play with the language and try to mislead in
many matters. Can an LDC be the policy maker in the Government? Since times have
changed and the necessities of the Government has changed, it is better that both
the CSS and CSSS cadres are merged. Moreover after merger also the people having
higher qualifications (Graduates) should be promoted immediately. The merger will
also bring with it the promotional aspects that exist in both. A systematic way
should be worked out for future promotions. The persons having lesser qualifications
should not be promoted and should be given some time frame to clear their graduation
exams. Graduation should be made the minimum level of entry. Merger of the CSS
and CSSS will help the government in framing/implementing many of its programmes/policies
more efficiently and will reduce the burden on the exchequer. Kalvin Kevin
CSS and CSSS I fully agree with the enlightened views of
Suman Sharma and would supplement her that the CSSS are no way less than any other
Central Secretariat Service. It is a daunting task to work at very senior level
with tight time schedules, quick and timely action, always watching the next move
and keep an eye on latest development in the office. The CSSS fraternity has always
to be alert and agile and really deserve to be promoted to not only director's
level but joint secretary's level (let us hope that comes through in the near
future). The CSSS are always willing to cooperate with any other service for common
benefit. Let us try to resolve any difference and have a level playing field and
realise each other's importance in day to day Government working. Shiv Shankar CSS
and CSSS Being an ex CSS Officer,I feel obliged to give my comments. please
remember that there used to be recruitment to S.O.s cadre from the Civil Services
Examination till recent past. It is foolish to compare CSS with CSSS. One must
however admit that the CSSS possesses such skills to further prospects being in
close proximity to higher ups including the Ministers. The CSS lack these capabilities
due to the very nature of their work. They toil during their career and even reaching
DS level is not assured while the CSSS is now slated to get Dir level! No wonder,
not many flock to CSS nowadays. RACBHAT Many communities have
no representation There may be hundreds of community which may not have
any representation all. People are turning ridiculous. Please send only those
things which carry some sense. Haryana bureaucrat Austerity
measures by State Governments Several measures have been taken by the centre

on non plan expenditure. But look at the states every un important posts will
