Montek keeps on saying be patient!!!
Well he doesn't need to be impatient!!!
And how is he so sure that inflation will come down in four months span!!!!
On Montek putting salt on our wounds Manmohan should issue a ban!!!
Montek cannot feel the pain of a Parent who is forced to reduce her kid's intake!!!!
Or a brother's who has to forgo his education for his sibling's sake!!!
Inflation has made people's life go into a tizzy!!!
Montek rather than understanding the pain instead in rubbing salt he's got busy!!
Montek socho aur firr bolo,
Socho aur firr apna mooh kholo!!!
Two world class economists at the helm of affairs and India 's in an inflation trap!!
Montek if you could not predict inflation stop giving us inflation will recede crap!!!
PC's the one who is directly in-charge and he should be ordered to resign!!!!
Sonia should get his resignation typed and call him and order him 'karro sign'!!!!
He's failed miserably and needs to be extradited from the Cabinet!!!!
And mark my words after that you'll find quite a few skeletons coming out of his cabinet!
Sonia says that fuel hike was unavoidable and as is usual included BJP in her reasoning!!
She has to add in whatever she cooks BJP seasoning!!!
'During BJP's time price /barrel was 1720 and now its 6020' Sonia vani!!!
Spoken like a true Rani!!!!
And as the proverbial Rani she does not bother about her subjects woes!!!!!
As household budgets hit new lows!!!!
There were so many options available to avoid a fuel price hike!!!!
But then Sonia and her minions ho gaye PC talk se psyche!!!
Bottom line is that Indians pay the highest duties and taxes on fuel,
Literally loading us like an overloaded mule!!!
And Soni Rani please do take a re-look at prices in India 's neighborhood!!!
Or seems the prices prevailing in the neighborhood she's not understood!!!
BJP needs to spell out its cure for inflation!!!
And also elucidate on who and what is responsible for inflation's creation!!!
And Advani Ji please don't let BJP get complacent or pigheaded,
BJP should be fighting fit as for a General Election India is headed!!!
Keep internal divisiveness at bay,
Make it abs clear that anyone fomenting divisiveness will have to pay!!
Rahul is trying his best to bring in cohesion in Congress,
For Congress turning into a well oiled cohesive machine karr raha hai press!!
Problem is Congressmen are an extremely selfish lot!!!!
Always fixated with ' what I got and what other's got'!!!!
Rahul should ask Congressmen to pen their vision for the Nation on a page!!!!
And then his Partymen he'll be able to gauge!!!!
And before I forget the one page writing should be done like a lightening exam,
This will prevent ghost written pages and also what to write they will not be able to cram!
Impromptu they will have to put their thoughts down,
And Rahul then you will realize why Congress is going down!!!
And please make your Mom also take the test!!!
You will realize 'it's a misnomer that what High Command thinks is the best'!!!!
Read Big B's blog and you will realize how full of himself is this man,
Blows his trumpet whenever he can!!!!
He forgets he's in the limelight not because he's that good,
Seems the ways of fate this gunk has not understood!!!
Mark my words one day fate will make him realize this foolishness!!!!
And then he'll lament his silliness!!!
Confucius says….. Big B should see the yesteryear hit Waqt to understand fate's ways!!!
One who ignores fate one day dearly pays!!!!

Narad has to regain credibility of PESB
Naresh Narad has to regain the lost credibility of PESB. The concerned ministers are interfering in the selection of CMDs of Central Public Sector Enterprises and they are appointing the CMDs on daily or monthly basis to suit to their requirement. He should not heed to the unnecessary pressure from these ministers /secretaries and ensure that merit oriented candidates are selected to lead the Public Sector enterprises. Best wishes to Naresh Narad.
K J Raman
Appointment of Narad has been welcomed
Appointment of Narad as PESB Chairman has been welcomed by all the PSU officers, as he is considered to have got the post on merits. Aspiring MDs and Directors not having political connections can hope for Fair and Just selection. Narad is also believed to be supportive of those who opted for Public Sector as career ( PSU candidates) rather than opportunists looking to become MD / Directors through political support for their own agenda..

Retirement age and Government
Where exactly the case for increase in retirement age is lying. When it is expected to be raised? If the retirement age is raised by two years, the central government can save Rs 250 billion per year which is payable to the employees in the form of commutation of pension, encashment of leave, gratuity etc but excluding PF. In this way the burden of implementing Pay Commission Report to the extent of Rs 305 billion can be met. Otherwise, the fiscal deficit will exceed 4% of GDP which along with fiscal deficit of Stata Government shall exceed 10% of GDP making the economy unsustainable and we shall be back to 1991.

Retirement age and Kerala
All those who are making so much noise about retirement age to be increased to 65 yrs should know that in Kerala state employees retire at 55 yrs and Kerala is most efficiently managed, with clean administration.

About retirement age
I endorse the views of Gurvinder & Rainanil on retirement age though both are contradictory in broader sense. Gurvinder is straight to the point when he says that government servants are master of the people, not servants. This attitude is brazenly visible in Public utility Department where a LDC rules the roost. Hardly any public has the access to even lower middle level officer. Senior officers are bit sensitive to the needs of the general public but they encounter helplessness in midst of rampant mismanagement & deep rooted corruption unless one becomes very strict and unpopular. Northern states & to some extent Eastern states perhaps in this matter are more notorious compared to Southern states, I beleive. Like wise the comments of Rainanil is straight to the facts and I believe the lower level officials in the government those who are sincere and dedicated and those selflessly serve the Government certainly deserve raise in retirement age. If the government as an employer takes care of the minority good employees ,the benefit accrued to the Government (public) will be more in the long run. The survival of the system is because of few honest workers.

Retirement Age
It is not only ironical but completely illogical if the government is still considering the increase in retirement age. The efficiency or inefficiency of majority of government is well proven!!! It is highly unlikely that you get your works done without pleasing the government servant in 'some or the other manner'. If the government servant at the age of 58 or 60 feels that he is still so 'active' then he should see some other employment opportunity instead of sticking to government department and keep calculating his corruption money and pension benefits every day. I have seen government officials above the age of 55 in Government department always making calculations either for next promotions or GPF accumulation or pensions. Why people don't think of the younger lot? We cannot afford to leave younger generation frustrated. In fact if we have to choose one for frustration, we should chose old government servants and must NOT the younger ones.
These days government has started outsourcing and they are paid less than quarter of what regular servants in their seats take - no liability for medical, transport, leave etc. etc. These outsourced ones are doing work perfectly fine. Unlike the typical government servants, these outsourced neither take bribe nor do netagiri. So whoever is in the decision making body for retirement age must take all these factors into consideration and not just consult the top bureaucrats, who would obviously dictate what is advantageous to their 'own' self. Please respect 6th CPC's observations and not run for vote bank. Even if government cares for vote bank, it is always younger lot who goes to polling booths and older government stays at home celebrating their "holiday".

All about retirement age
The last word on retirement age: Retirement age everywhere in the civilized world is decided on basis of years that a person can do productive work. It is childish and churlish to decide retirement age to corruption, making way for next generation, employment, not doing clerical work on a computer, looking for fresh careers during mid-life, etc. If a man's working life should end at 60 to 55 as some say, then why not pass a law saying that no one can work after 55 in any sector or profession.
I am sure that you will agree with this simple logic.
Last word
All rumours about retirement age
The rumours of raising the age of retirement to 62/65 is being spread by interested parties to confuse others. Government of India has already clarified in the Parliament once for all that there is no such move!

CSS-CSSS - adjustment after merger.
Kalvin Kevin has asked about adjustment of PA with Assistants once the merger takes place. As far as I guess this graduation qualification would be for future recruitments of Executive Assistants. As regards present lots they would be fixed one PA and one Assistant basis of same year. In Government of India those who have made entry their service conditions cannot be changed to their detriment, and it is fair enough. GOI may prepare some refresher course to trained the present lots if the need. As far as CSSS are concerned they always keep themselves up-to-date, be it the use of electronic typewriter or computer knowledge. Perhaps for CSS officers some training programmes will have to be arranged.
