Aaj Ki Aawaz

Sonia got to see inter Party rivalry first hand!!!!
Though she'll say that in this there was BJP's hand!!!!
Hope Sonia can see the changes taking place!!!!
In the past such a thing could never have taken place!!!
Because in front of High Command all were on their best behavior!!!
How could they behave like this in front of Tyaag Murti and Party ka Savior???
One group was in actuality anti High Command,
Change in High Command's attitude karr rahe theh demand!!!
On the Deal front now Pawar and Laloo want Commies to be taken aboard!!!!
Why don't they realize that as Deal is with US on the Deal Commies cannot come on board??
Laloo and Pawar do not want Sarkaar to fall and they are also catering for tomorrow!!!
' Kyaa pathaa to come to power support form Commies they may have to borrow'!!!!
Both Laloo and Pawar are like brinjals in a thaali!!!!
Tomorrow they could by bajaoing for UNPA taali (applauding)!!!!
And that's why I wonder will Mulayam risk angering Commies by supporting UPA???
Because if Mulayam does this it'll be the death knell of UNPA!!!
The ball is basically in Sonia's court!!!
And she cannot decide whether to break up or not with Commies as per a report.
Gandhi Family Vote ….. for two and against one!!!!
Not sure who voted for the break up…. Sonia, her daughter or her son????
Speaking of her son….. happy birthday Rahul Baba,
Like Yuvraj you must put a ban on usage of the term Baba as you are no longer a baba!!!
And Congressis all over India put up a show to show their sycophancy!!!!
Something that Rahul is used to right form his infancy!!!!
Laloo is Rail Mantri so on his birthday they cut a train cake!!!!
As he aspires to be PM for Rahul 7 Race Course model cake karna tha make or bake!!!
Back to the Deal…… Pranab Da met Manu and showed him his empty katora or bowl!!!!
Lamented that rather than putting something in the katora Commies drilled in it a hole!!
As you know Pranab Da had gone to the Commies for support with a begging bowl!!!!!
And Commies spoke of ludicrous theories and drilled in the bowl a hole!!!
Like CPM said energy needs can be met via Indo Iran gas pipeline Deal,
They said that this Deal Indian should seal!!!!
Fact is Sonia has to decide so Manu ko kyon Pranab Da karr raha hai meet!!!!!
In UPA regime PM's chair non deciding PM ko karti hai seat!!!!
My guess is that September will be a crucial month…. election will be in March 2009,
And chances are Deal two Lame Ducks could sign!!!
Advani is right when he says this is a Lame Duck Sarkaar,
And this Duck has been sniped and shot at by one who is giving it support from bahaar!!
Waddled about on one leg,
Waddled and Commies ko karte rahe hai beg!!!!!
This Sarkaar will be known for its hobbling!!!!
And for its wobbling!!!!
It's wobbled every time the Commies have barked or bow-bowed!!!!!
To Commies diktats it's bowed!!!
Knowing fully well that for Commies India does not come first… not even second,
Whatever China or Russia says Indian Commies karte hai second!!!
In their mental podiums India does not stand,
Patha nahi Commies ko kaise some Indian karr sakthe hai stand!!!
Actual inflation is well into double digits,
As this Sakraar nervously fidgets!!!!
PC is now working on a new definition for inflation that will make it palatable!!!
Like……Inflation is magic that magically removes food from the table!!!!
Inflation is nothing but 'growing' pains ….don't our teeth get replaced!!!!
Hoping people will understand inflation better vis a vis Growth as growing pains all have faced!!!!
Or he'll market inflation saying its imported!!!!
Saying that by America all over the World this inflation has been exported!!!
Confucius says…. What else can you expect from a Vakeel????
Being the proverbial Vakeel he'll try to argue his way out and not look at ways to heal!!!!

Retirement age
I have been reading the views of various contributors both in favour and against the raising of retirement age to 65 or even 62. Most of these seem to have been prompted by casual emotions rather than any socio-economic assessment. This may be the main lacuna behind each blog having remained inconclusive. You see, for the last about one decade, there has been a complete ban on fresh recruitments, which is likely to continue for about next one decade also as the target is to reduce the staff level substantially owing to lesser needs of workforce due to computerisation and e-governance. On the other hand, due to longevity and considerable prospects of better living leading to improvement in health level etc, it appears to be too early to hang the shoes at the age of sixty. People retiring at this age invariably flood the market and get absorbed in the private sector pretty faster due to their rich experiences, committed loyalties and meager demands, which ultimately affects the employment prospects of younger generation that neither gets a job in govt nor in the private sector as plum jobs are lapped up by people retiring at sixty, who can easily work there for the next upto 10 years. In this process, when the government has already absolved itself of the role as an employment provider and left the jot to private sector, the prospects of new entrants are dwindling day by day. In these circumstances, it is beneficial both for the govt and the younger generation that the government should increase the retirement age to 65 or at least to 62 immediately. This way, the private sector jobs, at least, will be left entirely unencroached for the younger generation and older people will also be able to work respectably in government for a few years more. This situation will also be politically beneficial to all concerned as the employment potential will increase drastically for younger people and the welfare of the older government officials will also be taken care of for some more time. Thus this proposition would result in better voting pattern and also the increased level of economic prosperity for the society as a whole. And simultaneously, the government would also be saving a lot of money each year which can be diverted for investment in the infrastructure sector as also social welfare schemes, education, etc. A sizable amount of systematic investment each year can change the very scenario of the country in the next five years and then every body will realise that a small change can matter a lot in the long run. In view of the above, it is strongly advocated that the government should go ahead expeditiously and increase the retirement age to 65 or at least to 62 immediately; and then proceed further after reviewing the pros and cons after a couple of years…

Age should be reduced
Please put an end to this useless topic of increasing the age of retirement. Barring two percent of Government officials, the rest simply pass the time in Government Offices. Show me one Department where the staff is present at 9.00 AM except the Hon'ble Finance Minister. His car is parked in front of Gate No. 2 sharp at 9.00 AM. Most of them come at 10.00 AM and leave at 5.00 PM. The CSSS is much better when it comes to Punctuality. It is high time that Government reduces the age of retirement to 58 and give chance to young and bright Graduates.
