Retirement Age:

Recently there are some rumours about increase in the retirement age. But we hope that though the government has failed to contain inflation, it would at least never take a wrong step to increase the retirement age. This will add more disadvantage only to the youths who are graduating every year with more qualifications. It is hoped that for the sake of vote this stupid decision will not be taken.

Debate about retirement age
I have been watching with some interest the on going debate about the retirement age. We all know that bulk of the Government employees belong to Group C and D. Most of these employees have been recruited long back and they seriously lack any motivation to learn and improvise the day to day working. Most of them attend office casually and are in the look out for getting retirement benefits. They are not interested in adopting the modern IT system of working and cannot change their mindset in their remaining years. What use will it be to retain them for further two years except to incur totally wasteful expenditure. It is always better to get fresh graduate to man bulk of the group B, C and D level posts.
My suggestion is put a cap on the number of years of service at least for group B, C and D level employees. This can be 38 years of service or 62 years of age whichever is earlier. It will be totally unfruitful to give two years extension to all employees without weighing all the options.

Where will Mayawati strike again ?
Mayawati has struck again! First it was the child molestation case of Rahul baba whose modesty was outraged and now the modesty of Subroto Roy has been outraged. This is like the vastra haran of Draupadi by Duryodhan in the Mahabharata. However, in this case the female Duryodhan who is better described as Hidamba Devi has committed vastra haran on two innocent young looking males. They are not young, merely young looking as one is 38 years old and the others age cannot be determined due to hair dye. A CBI enquiry would help. Where will Hidamba Devi strike again?

A little boy goes to his dad and asks; "WHAT IS POLITICS."
Dad says, "Well son, let me try to explain it this way.

We're here to take care of your needs, so we'll call you the People.
The nanny, we'll consider her as the Working Class, and your baby
brother,
we'll call him the Future.
Now think about that and see if it makes sense.
So the little boy goes off to bed, thinking about what Dad said to him.
Later that night he hears his brother crying, so he gets up to check on
him.
He finds that the baby has severely soiled his diaper. So the little boy
goes
to his parents bedroom and finds his Mother sound asleep. Not wanting to
wake
her, he goes to the Nanny's room. Finding the door locked, he peeks
through the keyhole
and sees his dad in bed with the nanny. He gives up and goes back to bed.
The next morning, the little boy says to his father.
"Dad, I think I understand the concept of politics now."
The father says, "Good son, tell me in your own words, what you think
politics is all about?"
The little boy replies, "The Prime minister is screwing the Working Class,
whilst the Government is fast asleep.
The People are being ignored and the Future is in deep shit."!!!!!!!!
