You are wrong
Surprisingly, a credible website like this loses its sense of proportion when it comes to the Government in Bhopal. It is obvious that you have not read CMIE report and published a twisted version apparently handed out by a government functionary. AQ closer look at figures from CMIE and other sources reveals that as far as industrial investment in Madhya Pradesh is concerned, the only thing flying high is the hype.

ACR System
The latest ruling by Supreme Court making it mandatory for all authorities to disclose all contents of ACRs to the employees whether marked poor fair average good or very good is a welcome development having far reaching consequences. It will no longer be easy to secure compliant behaviour and reward sycophants via ACR route. Supreme Court has done what the govt. and Administrative Reform Commission and Pay Commission failed to do. The way ACR system has been practised , inefficiency, sycophancy. lack of integrity and honesty and professionalism enjoyed dominant position. One can easily identify corrupt, inefficient and spineless people occupying top positions . While all kinds of arguments are being given to justify several fold recommended increase in salaries of officers occupying secretary level positions ,there is total silence on whether the general public will get their work done in a corruption free manner after secretaries salaries are increased as per their wish. To get post retirement sinecures many people get their spine removed voluntarily so that they become fully qualified for post retirement jobs.( few honourable officers are exception) Though administrative reform was claimed to be an important part of Common Minimum Programme, but credit for most important administrative reform goes to Supreme Court judges Markandey Katju and HK Sema

IRS transfer policy
The IRS transfer policy has been amended so often in last 3 years. Why??? The CVC has often ruled against tailor-made policies. The IRS policy first had a zonal clause for maximum stay. This has now quitely been deleted without any reason. The policy had a 6 year continuous stay clause. Not there any more. There was a critical first-in first-out and last-in last-out rule common to all services but IRS is oblivious to this logic. Very frequent reviews and officers always being under threat of transfer exposes them to many types (??) of pulls. Wasn't the objective of the policy to reduce chances of corruption and links with business. But the new policy includes deputation etc posts for transferring people out. Better to stay in the sensitive posts in that case. The spouse clause is proposed to be applied selectively. First select the officer, then decide if the spouse clause is to apply.

Who cares about corruption
A Recent interview by CK Prahalad noted thinker and visionary
"India is lagging behind because of CORRUPTION"
But who cares
1.Not the politicians -the more money in five year tenure the better
2.Not the IAS,"Let there be tolerable corruption".
3.Not the IRS -I will compensate for lack of facility by Govt ,through corruption.
4.Not The IPS- I will take revenge of political transfer and dominance of IAS through corruption
5.Not the Ambanis- I will buy aircrafts for wife ,but lobby for tax exemption.
6.Judiciary-Better not to comment ,the less said the better
Wonder how the poor of this country are tolerating this insufferable ruling class.

Sixth Pay Commission
This is regarding comments "Pay commission has only converted the de-facto status of IAS as no. 1 service to de-jure and discussions on this forum are not relevant" by 'An IAS officer'. ...
It is very unfortunate that various issues still seem to remain unresolved and some moves seem to give birth many more. One should not be blind to the fact that both the IAS as well as other group A civil servants work under similar conditions and do almost similar type of job. They write same type of D.O letters, similar notings, address to similar conditions and problems and there is nothing which makes one different from the others. IAS may be doing different kind of job at state level while sail the same boat at Central level. All services are competent for postings for DS/Director, JS, AS and Secretary level posts. What went wrong suddenly with Pay Panel, is beyond understanding. They may rather constitute a separate Pay Panel for those serving in states than creating differences among services. There is no logic in creating different pay scales for equal services doing similar job. And one should not stop and feel satiated by winning tiny edge in a particular competition. Life is full of challenges and competitions, one should always be ready to face competitions rather than using advantageous position to bring an end to competition for ever.

This is arrogance
Some arrogant IAS officer being hallucinated in the enjoyment of tremendous bureaucratic power has dared to say that no one can run the government in India without IAS. This is too much distorted vision and version of reality.

Directorate of Estates
From 6th CPC let us shift ourselvaes to Directorate of Estates, Nirman Bhawan. After giving Technical Acceptance; an individual's name is showed in the waitlist as per his choice. Though from the website of this department, the individual is able to know the vacancy position and also the allotment details; still when it comes to reduction of waitlisted numbers; his number does not reduce to the extent of quarters allotted. The concerned officials simply give some reason or other which does not hold any logic. Everybody is aware once the Supreme Court had regulated the working of this Department after 1995 when illogic allotments were made without any reasons. Since considerable time has passed and now we persons in the waitist fear that silently this Department is involved in lots of manipulation by alloting quarters to their favourable persons and persons known to VIPs. It may also be mentioned that this Department should display a list near the Enquiry on the notice board or in its website details of the person; i.e., his date of seniority; date of giving technical acceptance etc.; to whom the respective quarter has been allotted. In some areas; where the demand is more; as the when the individual's name comes near for allotment; someone or other is accommodated for this allotment showing the reason that he has applied for re-consider or he has bypassed his allotment earlier. It is true they have to be given a chance; but Estate Office should ensure that immediately their application should not be accepted but their name should be included in due course of time so that the individual who has been waiting for years should not be affected by this person who has suddenly applied for this modification because of certain vested interest. Hope something will be done.

Aaj Ki Aawaz

The import was done so that the gap or shortfall in wheat Government could meet!!!!
The imported wheat was unfit for human consumption,
So some people have made a lot of money is my presumption!!!
Now they've found a huge portion of this wheat not fit to be sold even as animal feed!!!!
See the 'nangaa naach' of greed!!!!
Like they've buried demands for an investigation now they are burying the wheat too!!!!
If they've buried the investigation then burial of rotting wheat is the 'right thing to do'!!!
Imaandari ki Moorat Manmohan has in fact issued Pawar a clean chit in this case!!!!!
And Tyaag ki Moorti Sonia will now sham that she has the papers in her briefcase!!!!
Money has not been made only in importing rotting wheat by paying top Rupee,
In the choice of offloading Port another scandal one can see!!!
Laloo's written to Manmohan on the loss because of the choice of the offloading Port,
Seems after that Pawar and Laloo ne apne differences karr liye sort!!!
And after Pawar got a NOC from Laloo Manmohan 'consigned' Laloo's letter to the file!!
And now the letter is in a file that lies in the discarded files pile!!!
There's no use in demanding a CBI Inquiry because CBI will do a cover up job!!!!
CBI may say that Indians who refused to eat this wheat ne kiya India ko rob!!!
In fact maybe Manmohan and Sonia could point their fingers at us!!!!
And blame us and say that by refusing this wheat we created a useless fuss!!!
What's wrong if your bread or chapatti is red????
What's wrong if in the chapatti or bread you find insects because the insects are dead????
What's wrong if after eating the red wheat made chappati or bread you run to the loo????
It's only a natural phenomena that what you eat turns to poo!!!!
Why don't Sonia and Manmohan feed their grandkids with imported red wheat ki bread????
Just hearing this demand both in the face would go red!!!
Or they may pull a fast one...there are Countries where red wheat is used to make cakes,
And Congress may import these 'fakes'!!!
They'll have someone hand carry the red wheat cakes and put up a farcical show,
Make their grandkids eat the red cakes as they stand by them with on their faces a glow!!
Congress compromised on the 123 Deal to save the Sarkaar,
Now to save the Sarkaar Congress is shielding Pawar!!
Arjun Singh says he's not part of High Command's cutlery!!!!
And adds neither is he part of High Command's Butlery!!!
He says he's a loyalist!!!!!
And now they say he's busy drawing up loyalist's ki list!!!!
In Punjab Congress is crying foul in the Panchayat election,
And in Haryana non Congress candidates are crying for protection!!!
Why does Bhattal forget what Congress did during elections when it was in power???
When it made every attempt to make Akalis cower!!!!
Big B says why doesn't the Government make biddis also taboo???
Because then he knows Pawar and Patel apne anger pe nahi rakh sakkenge kaboo!!!
Big B says he is a mediocre actor and if I may add a pathetic human being!!!!
How pathetic he is for some time we've been seeing!!!
No wonder now he hides his eyes behind goggles night and day!!!!
Aankeh hothi hai dill ki zubaaan and eyes don't lie they say!!!
He's lied and cheated despite having been blessed with tonnes of money!!!!
He's like a bee that stings the flower to draw nectar for making honey!!!
Confucius says….. ik dinn bikk jaye ga maathi ke moll,
Jag mein rehe jaayenge tehre karam aur tehre boll!!!!
ght back with all the World's wealth!!
