IMAGINARY INTERVIEW WITH AMITABH BACCHAN
This is the interview Big B did on his Blog..... being very goody goody..
Those were the external responses and below are is internal responses.
Tu na cheat karrega, tu na jhoot bollega, tu na principals se jhuke ga kabhi,
Apne aap ko Icon bulla saktha hai tabhi!
Note : The blog carries a dialogue from Agnipath. For this interview have just let all know what an Icon is Agnipath style!
Question: What prompted you to turn blogger?
Big B : Well Amar Singh was proving to be ineffective to counter the Press and my detractors and so I decided to do the job myself. With his street kind of responses I was getting a bad image. It's out of sheer majboori!
Q: It's being said in a section of the press that the blog is a massive commercial enterprise, that you're being paid a hefty amount to keep the blog interesting.
Big B: I think someone's paid you an hefty amount to ask me this question. Actually after the last time when I practically went kadka I had sworn that I would miss no opportunity to make money.. Do you know that all those who supply stuff to my home not only do so for free but they also pay me a fee so that they can tell people that they are my suppliers. My undies go to a drycleaner who washes my undies for free and he also pays me and I allow him to use the slogan ' Yeh drycleaner badda toing hai ( Amul undie ad) kyon ke yahaa Big B ki chadhi dhulti hai'!!!!
Q: How satisfying has the experience of blogging been so far?
Big B: Cannot be as satisfying as my pre Silsila days. I always keep a cigarette on the table and the day I'm satisfied I'll light the cigarette. And whether Ramdoss likes it or not the day I'm satisfied my Blog will carry a picture of me smoking!!!
Q: You seem to have become far more frank and forthright, far less diplomatic than you used to be.
Big B: Actually you've got it wrong , I'm frankly diplomatic and diplomatically forthright! And I've answered this as frankly, forthrightly and diplomatically as I can. In fact I've mixed up all the traits because nowadays when I want to tell someone to got to hell I do so and the person looks forward to the trip!
Q: Your comments on Shah Rukh's television show and on a hostile film critic have been discussed widely. Do you feel your comments could've had an impact that perhaps exceeded your intentions?
Big B: Sharukh Khan keeps showing his six pack! Who do you think he's taunting…. its me!!!! And so I got back at him with this comment!!!! The Film Critic has a hatred for me and my family…… recently when we came face to face he started shouting Bhoot Bhoot!!! He has a pangaa with Ash too and when he met Ash he had the gall to tell her that she had put on weight….. you know what hell he created for her and us…. my house is cluttered with weighing machines and mirrors and cooking and eating in my home is are sins!!!! He had the gall to ask Jaya ' 500 ka chutta hai kya Madam MP ' and imagine he told Abhi ' how can a person with a refugee look become a hero'?
Q: How much time do you set aside for the blog every day? Has it become an addictive routine?
I blog when I sit on the throne in the loo!!! Blogging on the throne has brought about a change that I was trying to do for years but could not. You see I was habituated to sitting Indian style even on a western style throne and my knees were creaking and I was always in pain because of the squatting . Now perforce I have to sit on the throne with my computer in my lap!!! Squatting ke dinn abh beethe re bhaiya abh sitting ke diin aaye re, knees mein aaraam laye re!!!
Q: What expansion plans do you have as a blogger?
To take over both IBN and NDTV and to amalgamate both and then to foray for BBC and CNN!!! Then I'll taunt Sonia ' merre paas Media hai ' ...... I'd like to see her face when I says this!!!
Q: Are you in Cannes ? With the rest of the family? Are you representing a film? Are you enjoying yourself?
How are you pronouncing Cannes …. listen this is how you pronounce Cannes ….. say Cannes ……. yes I'm in Cannes . To your second question…… yes my family is with me ………. official and extended all are here !!! Third question…… I feel I am but I don't know what Bollywood feels about this....... I hear someone in Bollywood has commented that ' he's the brand Ambassador ...... as outdated as the Ambassador (car) .... how rude and classless ?? And fourth question…… this you'll have to gauge for yourself….. Jaya is always checking the local currency, Ash is on a weight checking binge and keeps asking strangers if she looks fat…… Abhi seems to be already having a very early seven year itch…… Shweta keeps trying to behave like she's an American tourist and my grandkids keep trying to ape me ……. I've to keep an eye on Amar Singh and very often have to put by hand on his mouth to prevent him from firing his gob…… Praful Patel keeps sending me ' beedi jalai le" sms messages ...... all because I said bidis should also be banned........ Ramdoss keeps sending me the Health warning on cigarette packs via sms.......and someone keeps sending me messages ' Cheenis of the World unite and fight war against Cheeni kumm demand'........seems he does not know that in Cheeni Kumm Cheeni means sugar and not Chinese!!!!! And look at the money I'm spending on this Cannes trip .... I need a sponsor for these trips...........Ash already has one I need one for the entire family .... Baakki sabh teekh taakh hai!!!

More checks are required for spending
IRS (IT) is one of most efficient services and facts themselves show that cost of collection is meager 0.59% for F.Y 2006-07 and it has further decreased in subsequent F.Ys which is far less than the cost of collection in many countries including OECD countries. hence screening is required not for IRS as suggested by one gentleman but more checks are required for spending departments/services.

Whispers should not be forum for dialogue
Well, whispers should not be a forum for dialogue, to put record straight, I have worked under wonderful women as well as men boss, and none of them were commanded respect because of gender but more because of efficiency and reverse is equally true.

Canard is completely wrong
Currently the 1989 batch of IAS is being empanelled at the level of Joint Secretary. Thus it takes about 19 years for IAS officers to be empanelled as Joint Secretary in Government of India. Generally about 50-60% are empanelled in a batch. The canard that every IAS officer becomes a Joint Secretary in 14 years is completely wrong.
Before the CPC report came out, every service had represented for a huge increase in salary. The Report has given a very modest increase for all Services. Now the entire angst is on the extra amount recommended for IAS and not on the modest increase. Sadly, it reflects the Crab in the Box mentality of many of the commentators lamenting on the slight and completely justified edge to IAS.
Mukesh.
Nothing, absolutely Nothing, is equal in India.
Also nothing works in this country without reservations, as is evident from many areas of development, authorities, power etc. Open any page of developmental themes (Planning Commission and Ministerial documents) and one could see so many provisions for reservations. Besides a very long history and legacy of casteism, the era of Sixties and Seventies of development planning saw many provisions, clauses, chapters and what not, about reservations.
Now we could see easily the manifestations of all those in all walks of our social life.
Nothing new and NEWS about all such matters. It is all rhetoric

System in Directorate of Estates
Reference Malhotra's and others comments on Directorate of Estates. Though there is a Enquiry to guide the employees who are waitlisted and who have applied for fresh allotment; practically this does not satisfy the employees as there is no transparency in their guidance. Malhotra has rightly pointed out that persons having vested interest like giving their quarters on rent do get inside the list by way of modification with the help of some or other VIPs and personal staff of Minister Section; because it is very clear that whenever some quarters are allotted there is no proportionate reduction is the waitlisted numbers. Neither the allotment section nor the enquiry give a clear picture about this. If we probe more into this, we are only shunted between the enquiry and the respective allotment section. This is more in case of Type I, II and III quarters. The Estate Office should display a list outside the enquiry giving details (date of seniority in case fresh allotment; seniority of date of change in case of technical acceptance) about the person to whom it has been allotted and simultaneously the reduction in numbers in the waitlist apart from giving the information in its website as everyone do not have the internet facility in their computer. Even now we hope that they will change their attitude and make the system more transparent and friendly to the employees as we are also Central Government Employees like them and availing quarters and using them in a proper way is a right or benefit that the Government has given us. Let us also hope that VIPs and close persons of Minister's section do not meddle with this system for their individual benefit.

Black sheep are there in all dispensations
Suggestion of Ajai Sharma that IPS and IRS officers who have been posted to certain places should be screened by CBI has tempted me to finally react on this website.I agree that black sheep are there under all dispensations. But lets us reflect on how these 'intelligent' and 'superior' IAS officers have done to this great and tolerant country for the last 60 years! Look at our holy rivers, health care/ hospitals, PDS, PSUs/PSEs, power scenario, pollution, public transport, drinking water, caste system, dowry, feticide etc etc..... you name anything, and that is their report card. If India was like China, I wonder what would have happened to these conceited, condescending and self-serving breed. Though there are some IAS officers who are intelligent and full of humility & commitment to the people, they are highly endangered species(my sincere apology to them). Let us not forget that the so-called superiority of these BREED is not because of the service they belong to but because of the posts they corner and cling on to at any cost. The UN Human Development Index is there for all to see. India ranks below many of those Sub-Saharan African countries. Thanks to the IAS who 'rule' this country. They are the staunchest Trade Union . They are the permanent politicians. Unfortunately, their mentality is a mirror image of the accursed caste system which is plaguing this country for centuries. We all know the 'dynamics' of the accursed caste system .If we let them continue this way unchecked, this country of ours will be a sold thing sooner.
