A credible website except when it comes to the Government in Bhopal. The unnamed 'survey' according to which the ruling BJP would bag 60 per cent of the assembly seats if Madhya Pradesh assembly polls were held now has obviously been fed to Whispers by someone on the pay roll of the PR Department of State Government.

Home Secretary post should go to IPS!!!
Why should Secretary level posts be attached to any particular service?? All posts of the level of Joint Secretary and above should be made open to all services while giving special preference to some technical expertise such as Home to IPS etc. Let there be again competition via interviews and other tests on special aspects. Officers from all other services have to know all a to z even for dealing with a particular technical aspect. Therefore they are also equally competent even though they don't undergo trainings as sophisticated as in some other cases.

Why is IPS fighting shy?
The responses from IPS officers seem to indicate that they do not want the issue of the plight of CPMF officers to be highlighted lest, the Government sees the facts and does something to end the hegemony of the elite IPS.
My point is that CPMF officers being treated as a second class citizen in their own organisation. The deputations at higher posts for which the IPS is neither qualified nor has any training nor even medical standards are blocking the avenues of the CPMF officers and ruining the culture of these organisations. It has been decades since CRPF, BSF etc came into being and throughout the IPS have been commanding these organisations. What have they done to improve the basic facilities for the jawans of these forces? They come to these organisations for few years whenever the things get hot for them in their cadre state and spend a 5 or 7 year sabbatical and go back by wrangling a posting to a place in their home state. They have framed such rules that the cadre officers cant grow.
How is a CPMF officer concerned with the IPS fight with IAS? CPMF officers in any case would not get anything more than the other civil services as far as the pay etc is concerned. It also is certain that the IPS which heads these organisations are not interested in taking up the issues of hardship allowance etc for the CPMF personnel because it does not benefit these IPS.
In fact they have already started the campaign to dilute the recommendations of CPC regarding the only favourable recommendation for CPMF officers that of reduction of rationalisation of quota for promotion of CPMF officers.
The CPMF officers and men will have to take up a case for themselves with the government.

Joke or deception?
Whisper has reported 'result' of a survey predicting that BJP will win 60% of seats if the elections to MP assembly were held now.
Who conducted this 'survey' is not mentioned.
Had this kind of un-attributable 'news' been published in one other rags who get sustenance from MP State Government one could have thought: so what else is new?

Have an account in Physical Bank
For the sake of good health- One tries to save and deposit money in the Financial Bank for future requirements. Today onwards create an account in Physical Bank and deposit physical exercise done everyday in that. Physical Bank would not only give higher returns but save money deposited in Financial Bank resulting higher returns there also.

How come people manage to flee India ?
Till today a number of people accused by the Law & Order Machineries have managed to flee India. Some of them are hard criminals. I believe we need a law like the Bounty Hunting Law of US. Otherwise we'll be able to arrest a few Abu Salems once in a while. Hire bounty hunters and permanently get rid of those bustards hiding in Gulf Countries and Pakistan.

Aaj Ki Aawaz

It is now confirmed that in Bush's upper storey there is 'chemical lochaa'!!!
Otherwise on this conclusion kaise Bush pahuchaa!!!
That India is responsible for the World Food crisis,
First why doesn't he check out the food consumed and wasted by him and his Mrs!!!!
It's said that Americans consume 5 times more food than we do,
And wastage is rampant and something that the World should boo!!!
The bins in McDonalds in US need to be checked and the truth will come out!!!
That Americans are the biggest wasters without a doubt!!!!
They take a bite of a burger or a slurp of a shake or cola and throw it away,
With food they literally play!!!
Most Indians cannot afford to be big eaters and wasters of khaana peena,
And unlike Americans for most Indians it's not jeena for khaana but khaana for jeena!!!
So Mr. Bush aka Chimp please do take a reality check!!!!
But before that please get the chemical locha cured in your upper deck!!!!
PC advises Indians to be patient!!!!!
Seems he too is a chemical lochaa in the upper deck ka patient!!!!
People are striking food items off their lists and reducing their intake day by day,
To such people 'please be patient' kaise karr saktha hai PC say!!!
What would PC do if he had to ration his kid's food intake?????
I'm sure with frustration and anger he'd shake!!!
But then PC's never faced such a situation!!!!
So Mr. PC or Pitiless Chidambram please don't give your 'be patient' line to the Nation!!
And he has a smirk on his mug when he makes this heartless advise!!!!
Sonia ji wold you kindly cut this heartless , egoistical and inefficient Mantri to size!!!!
Now fingers are bring pointed at Baalu for 'gaplaas' in Kandla Port Trust,
Had Vajpayee been the PM Baalu would have hit the dust!!!
Vajpayee would have convinced Karuna to give a replacement for Baalu!!!!
Convincing Karuna that Baalu had to be dropped as he was a very hot aalu!!!!
Manmohan does not have the authority to talk to Karuna and Sonia's too scared,
Otherwise how is Baalu continuing in the Cabinet after what has been bared!!!
PC is advising Kannadigas to vote seeing the ground reality,
And if they do so Congress will be the casualty!!!
In Karnataka Congress is going to face the music,
With Congress Kannadigas are sick!!
And Congress knows this too because if Congress knew it could win,
Then their Yuvraj would be there leading from the front so that victory on him they could pin!!!
And Yuvraj loves Bangalore grub so he'd have loved to lead and eat,
But because of negative reports he's had to 'beat the retreat'!!!!
And seems IBN's Psephology Professor did his psephology in a Bangalore food joint!!!!
Though there are also chances that he could have been under the influence of 'a joint'!!
And yes if Congress wins I will eat 'neem and karela' ki mithai or crow,
When I've done this I'll let you all know!!!
Now there's no doubt that Big B means Big Buffoon,
And he'll very soon graduate from Big to the Biggest title soon!!!
Big B should realize that though actors may be sipping colas or tea as booze while acting,
But the youth as booze this is impacting!!!
On the screen do they insert a scroll that in the actor's glass there is cola or tea????
Seems Big B is totally at sea!!
And Ramdoss rightly feels this is also akin booze ads,
As such acting entices to booze young gals and lads!!!
Big B's Dad penned Madhushaala and son is standing up for Madhu or Booze,
And demanding that as per Constitution its his right to choose!!!!
But its the Government's duty to ensure that Public is not wasted,
And that's why on Cancer Packs Health warnings are pasted!!!
Confucius says …. Seeing Big B one believes 'kismat meherbaan toh gadhaa bhi pehelwaan!!!
Feel he needs to eat the 'bandh akal kholne waala Banaras ka paan' ( Don) !!!!
