. Past few weeks for them must have been very trying. Mars is the planet in prominence
for all those who are up the ladder in administration, police and army. Mars in

places entering Cancer and Caprocorn respectively. Saturn has come on course and
Jupiter in their ninth house going retrograde soon will steady the boat. Look

the average IAS officer feels: God belongs to the UP cadre. What the
average IPS/ IRS officer feels (especially after the 6th Pay Commission): There
is no God. What the average Congress politician feels: God resides in 10,
Janpath. What the average BJP politician feels: God is not with us anymore. What
the average retired IAS officer feels: God has not retired me yet. What
the judiciary feels: I am God. What the media feels: We can create
God. What the public feels: Oh God. Rid us of these pests. Vijay Kumar Do
not write biased views Dear Shashank, You are spreading wrong information,
biased views, baseless prepositions, pointless arguments and irrelevant issues.
Don't you know who has been formulating rules and other service conditions for
all the services till date or you mean to say that you are ignorant about the
misdeeds of IAS and the mess created by them. Anyway a sane advice :- please stop
writing for the sake of maintaining the credibility of this site and your good
health. IAS officer. It is amusing to read sermons It is amusing
to go through views of IPS officers' everyday on this site giving sermons of unity
to the CPMFs in their spat against IAS. Have they found any buyer and anyone standing
behind them barring those scratching their backs to retain award of favourite
posting which they use expertly as carrot? Has any IPS officer spoken a word
since release of CPC report to project outstanding demands of the CPMFs fighting
dreaded war against extremists as well as border guarding in trauma conditions?
The poor lot remains deeply infested with inferiority complex being given a second
grade treatment in their own domain by those who may be best brains but prefer
to act as aliens. A cursory analysis would present vexing manner these grand forces
are being ruled, whereas, the key word is 'command'. The concept of leadership
seems shamelessly forgotten in favour of colonial rule. The dark shadow of foreboding
is visible in CPMFs that IPS cadre is preying on the awards recommended by CPC
for them in the form of up gradation of ADIGs to DIGs and reserving all post of
DIG and 50% posts of IG and above for the CPMF cadres. The CPMFs have no Godfather,
nor any open forum to vent out their grievances. Ironically, the chiefs of these
forces may be sympathetic but find themselves tied in the shackles of their Cadre
Association governed by young Turks. There seems little emotional integration
between the leadership and down below, essential for forces. It is high time
that those who understand psyche of Armed Forces make genuine appreciation of
the silent conflict brewing in the back drop of the CPC report. And, will the
Parliamentary Committee of Home Affairs and NSA take notice of the situation in
the national interest? S. C. Sharma TAIL-PIECE Zindagi main

Ki Aawaz Isn't it said that people who live in glasshouse should not
throw stones???? In the past Somnath Da as an MP did what today as Speaker
he moans!!! Somnath Da was one of the most vociferous MP's and he acted in
the same way, The same way for which he wanted erring MPs now to pay!! MPs
got their way and Notice Somnath ne kiya retract!!!! Now magnanimous karr raha
hai Somnath Da act!!! Seems Somnath Da could not bear the silence in the House, Opposition
MPs sat in the House with their fingers on their lips to express their grouse!!! Seems
in the end Somnath Da had to eat his words and beat a retreat!!!! Now MPs should
get together aur to a sumptuous dinner karre Somnath Da ko treat!!! FM needs
to let us in on what has been done with the fuel cess????? It's rumoured that
the Central Road Fund is in a mess!!!! But PC has been deflecting questions
and when he answers he gives haughtily a lame excuse, Haughtily says that Ministries
ne nahi kiya allocated amounts use!!! And remember when PC responds haughtily, Rest
assured he has something to hide because he's acted naughtily!! Without a doubt
Manmohan Singh should respond to Bush's allegation, That World Food crisis
is Indian Middle Class's creation!! If you ask me Food crisis is USA's creation
because Americans 'hog and waste', Manmohan Ji give Bush ussi ki hi medicine
ka taste!!!! In Karnataka Congress is pulling out all plugs and announcing
sops!!! Despite the sops BJP is going to come out tops!!! And so you can
see Congress's game!!!! Congress knows its not coming to power and so it's
playing a game!! When BJP forms Sarkaar in Karnataka Congress will start talking
of the sops it promised! And say by not voting for Congress getting these sops
Kannadigas missed!! Hoping to sow seeds of discontent against the BJP Sarkaar
from the start!!! And in fomenting discontent Congress has the art!!! Bottom
line is that sops being promised by Congress will bleed any Government dry, Any
Sarkaar will be bled dry even if to fulfill 50% of the Congress sops Sarkar karre
try!! And Gowda is slowly starting to talk the language of Balasahib and Raaj, To
instigate regional tensions nahi aathi inn sabh ko laaj!!!! They say KPS Gill
is getting ready to fight back!!! What's the use he's already got the sack!!! He's
still smarting from the IOA boot in his hind!!! For his reputation he'll indulge
in fighting with IOA
Noora Kushti kind!! 'My detractors are intoxicated
by the exuberance of their own verbosity' Big B says, ' They are unsophisticated'
Big B brays!!! Mr. Big B ghost written blogs don't mean that you've got brains,
You think we cannot read through the 'back ground strains'!!! In movies
Big B sings but are the lyrics and music and in most cases the voice his???? Similarly
the Big B Blog is written by a Team so that at his detractors he can hiss!! As
of now IPL's a success so I humbly eat crow, With everyday the following seems
to grow!!! I still cannot fathom that how has 'cricket' that sans Desh Bhakti
become such a hit???? So while I pen this column crow I'm swallowing bit by
bit!!! Confucius says
This is fate and when fate gives a thumbs
up you succeed!!! But for Fate to work one has to plant and water the seed!!! Bharat
