This is in reference to the observations/conclusions of AK. he has done a marvellous job in exposing the graft. However, before coming to the website and giving his comments , may he please clarify the following:
(i) Why doesn't he reveal his name?
(ii) Which are the Chartered Accountant firms he is referring to?
(iii) Did he bother to find ensure that the CA firms had not made the money from the tax payer by taking the refuge that the same was to be given to the officer who might have been absolutely clean. In most of the cases, it is the Chartered Accountant who take the tax payer for a ride.
The corruption in the Income tax department is at the clerical level. Why blame the IRS officers? Do the IRS officers blame the IAS officers when say in Food Department in State or centre, money is asked by the clerk? No.
Please be charitable in your comments. Do not come to conclusions without a proper diagnosis.

Graft galores
Nothing moves in FCI without graft, neither does anything move in NDMC, MCD, DDA, the Judiciary, the Police, District Administration without graft. The corruption in the public distribution system, NREGA and other poverty alleviation schemes/ development schemes is to be seen to be believed. That is the common refrain of all whoever I have ever interacted with. Does this mean that it is true? The flood scam, the urea scam, the share market scam, the taj corridor scam, the fodder scam and all other scams were not carried out by IRS officers. Calumny can not be a substitute for facts. Please publish this if you care about the truth.
