Aaj Ki Aawaz
In Delhi seems Modi and Rahul will be pitted against each other!!!!
This should be a matter of concern for Rahul's Mother!!!
Modi has achieved a lot and Rahul has still not started his achievement journey or trip!
And his inexperience could cause him to trip!!!
Rahul badly needs a makeover!!!!
His stock his think tank ne kiya hai lower!!!!
If they think he can win over votes by making BJP a punching bag,
Then in their analogy they sure do lag!!!
Public wants solutions and not finger pointing!!!!
Rahul should give answers as the harbinger of hope Rahul ko Congress is anointing!!!
Kashmir shows that majority minority want solutions to problems they face everyday!!!
Now for solutions to their problems minority majority attention karr rahe hai pay!!!
Seems now they've started seeing through the political game!!!
And for their woes politics ko karte hai blame!!!!
Rahul says 1984 carnage was wrong!!!
To accept this why did it take him so long????
Is this just election rhetoric and later a rejoinder will be issues by Congress????
This acceptance by Rahul the Party could say was under electoral stress!!!!
But if he stands his ground and says he stands by his indirect sorry!!!!
Then you can say he's applied some balm on a past that has made Congress look gory!!!
Rahul is a decent lad and I feel he's in the wrong profession!!!
And I'm sure privately he too makes this confession!!!
He cannot change Indian Politics so he must ensure that he changes the least!!
Remains a 'decent politician' and not become a 'political beast'!!!
PC's telling the Industry to cut prices and Industry is giving excuses not to do so!!!
Tacitly telling him no!!!!!
Airlines and Refineries say that they have to recover losses!!!!
Between PC and the Industry the ball tosses!!!
Industry if you ask me would like to see PC's back!!
In fact Industry too quietly has been pushing for Sonia giving him the sack!!!
If they do so openly PC would make IT and Excise fall on them like a tonne of bricks!
For FMs to silence detractors this in one of the oldest tricks!!!!
Rahul Mahajan should take a page from namesake Rahul Gandhi's book!!!
If you ask me at his own political career Rahul Mahajan has thrown the book!!!
All know Big Boss is just a charade!!!!
But even in the charade Rahul Mahajan shows he cannot make the politician grade!
Pramod would not have been too happy if he saw what happened in Big Boss's Ghar!
I'm sure with anger jaatha Pramod bhar!!!!
Please use every spurt in Sensex and Nifty as on opportunity to sell!!!
And also remember the bottom nobody will be able to tell!!!!
So after the Market touches a new low invest 10% of the money you intend to invest!
And rest assured new lows Market will test!!!!
Gold is going to glitter and could touch $ 1500 in a year or two!!!
So investing in gold would be the right thing to do!!!!
Confucius says..... spread your investment and don't put eggs in one basket!!!!
Many who invested only in shares find that the basket has turned into a casket (coffin)!!

Our democracy has fallen in power hungry hands
We are a democratic country. But today in democracy nobody is listening. Our democracy has fallen into the hands of hungry politicians and they want to grab power by any means. They are playing divisive politics. Criminals and who are not clean in character are contesting elections in the name of democracy. Today, everybody want to come in public life only for the advancement of his or for his family members. It is time that our Govt. should bring some electoral reforms to keep the people of doubtful integrity out of elections. Politicians are not bothered about the welfare of the general public which has elected him and sent to Parliament/Assemblies. What is the way out? Should there be dictatorship? We all need to think over it!
Thakur Singh Negi
With a view to divert some tourist traffic to north-east, about six months back the government had come out with a special LTC package for central government employees for a period of two years. Thereafter, a number of people have taken LTC for the north-east and many more were in the queue. Reportedly, the tourism sector, hotel industry, north-eastern handicrafts, etc, had been sending encouraging results and the regional governments and private entrepreneurs had been pumping sizable investments in the hope of encashing this opportunity as had already been noticed in the case of J&K, for which also the government had given a special LTC package about three years back. But recently, on 10th November 2008, the government has demolished this prospect as an economy measure. It appears that the long term connotations of this command have not been anticipated. Many people have been planning to avail LTC for north-east during the next one or two months whose bookings are in the pipeline.
Some of them have even made out of pocket advance payments to travel agents to secure confirmed arrangements. The plight of such people can be well understood - they are wondering what to do. If they cancel the bookings, they lose heavily on account of cancellation charges; and if they proceed with the arrangements, they just cannot afford to pay the huge differences. One fails to understand how the orders of such wider implications can be passed without adequate notice period, and why can't the government make an exception in the case of north-east to boost the confidence, goodwill and catalytic development of that area, which was the basic assumption behind this initiative. Even if it is not considered desirable, the government must have at least given a notice period of about three months to adjust the situation and forewarn all the beneficiaries that the government no longer intends to extend such an incentive.
