Aaj
Ki Aawaz Now BJP is distancing itself form Jaswant's
book!!! But in this its own sweet time BJP took!!! As usual there was
internal keecha taani!!! 'Jinnah's praise was wrong' ultimately yeh baath
BJP ne hai maani!! Advani and Rajnath should retire and on Jinnah they should
undertake research!! Even go to Pakistan and search!!! BJP's really lost
it many say!!! And at present for its revival there is not even one hope ki
ray!!! Does Maya take erection of statues as work of the developmental kind????
And if she feels so then without a doubt she's 'out of her mind'!!! As she
chooses to throw money about on wasteful statues Centre should say!!! Only
on basis of 'expenditure intent' will Centre pay!! And then Centre should
check out the usage of the money sent!!!! Haul her up and stop further payments
if wastefully the money has been spent!! Hard times need hard solutions ...
even out of the box kind!!! A way to stop her from wasting money on statues
Sarkaar has to find!! Courts should step in and make BSP pay for the statues
that have been erected!! This colossal waste needs to be corrected!!!
SP is all of a sudden feeling emboldened
.Maya is loosing votes everyday!!!
For these statues politically Maya will dearly pay!! But then if Maya has
a statue fixation then SP is fixated on Bollywood and Ambaniwaad! Maya makes
a fool of Dalits and SP makes a mockery of samaajwaad!! Congress and BJP need
to fan out in UP and explain to the Public!!! That both Maya and SP make India
look like a Banana Republic!! And Veer Singhvi should sue Amar for calling
him Papa or Dad!! For his image Singhvi should consider Amar calling him Dad
as horrendously bad!! And nowadays with Amitabh and Amar giving each other
company!!!! Your guess is as good as mine as to what is cooking in the A Company!!
Now Amar has come out with another ludicrous idea
.. he's full of these!!
Ludicrousness simply from Amar does not cease!! He says Sharukh Khan staged
this US interrogation to promote 'My name is Khan' movie!!! And Amitabh by
his side with one eye on his pedometer says ' Bro that's groovy'!!! Though
Sharukh will milk this incident to its maximum for this movie!!! And one must
not forget is recent times to him the Box Office has not been groovy!! Deora
needs to provide the Nation with a clarification on gas price!!! And just
a clarification to PM will not suffice!!! Such a thing cannot be kept under
wraps... we need to know!! From $ 2.34 to $ 4.32 why did the price go???
Yes we know how but want to know why!! Did I hear Deora lament 'hai'????
Anil Ambani in the meantime is lining up PR experts from Indian and overseas!!
And his blitzkrieg against bro Mukesh in not going to cease!! In fact he may
even get a movie produced on this subject
.completed in record time!
Movies title
Bhai aa gaya mera time!! It'll be a Hinglish movie
like the name suggests
.Bollywood masala type!! Aim of the movie
.
taking at bro Mukesh a swipe!! BJP Leaders ke dinn hai kharab
. critics
say in DCA nepotism is an everyday affair!!! Of course Jaitley will respond
and say this criticism is unfair!!! As if Jaitley did not have enough on his
plate, And I've noticed his hairline is diminishing at a lightening rate!!
Its time Congress did a chintan baitak too
swine flu, drought and inflation!!
Two are calamities that have been mishandled and the third is Sarkaar's creation!!
Imagine Pawar is now trying to play down drought... he says we've had worse!!
For Indian and Indians this man is a curse!! Diversion of North Korean ship
carrying 16,500 MT of sugar shows somebody was in the know! That to 0% import
duty on sugar would go!!! Pawar and Praful have damaged Sarkaar's image!!
And as this is perceived to be a Congress Sarkaar Congress's image faces damage!!
Congress's image has slipped a few notches lower and hope Congress realizes this!!!
Because to such news usually Congress gives the miss!! Confucius says......
take note of image dips and make amends!!!! To drooping flowers the gardener
first tends!! Flash...... Laloo says he went to meet Sonia to discuss the
drought!! Though inside he grovelled ' Madam help me out'!! Byelections
are coming up in Bihar!! And on his own Laloo knows he faces haar!! By
the way Laloo should see his Doctor.... he looks unhealthy!!! His face is
swollen and this is not healthy!!

We do not owe any responsibility, whatsoever, of the views of our surfers as they
are their personal opinion) Govt should conduct survey on retirement
age The extension of retirement age is one of the hottest topic amongst
the government servants, especially, middle and higher level management, which
includes IAS, IPS, IFS, IES, ISS, CSS, CSSS, Doctors etc. It is my request and
suggestion to the correspondents of the Whispersinthecorridors, to kindly pay
visit to the various Ministries/Departments and meet the efficient officials (
such officials would be only a few who are well known for their capabilities in
a Department whether LDC< UDC< ASSTT.<PA<SO<PS/US/DS of that particular
Ministry/Department in the Government of India). These officials would give you
exact feed back on the performance of various cadres officers. I am an officer
in the Ministry of SJ&E, I have seen in the Ministry that the efficiency level
and IQ level , especially, of Gazetted Officers like SO/PS US/PPS DS/DIRs even
Joint Secretaries is too bad to be eligible/capable for that post that they are
holding irrespective of their service cadres. We worked out in the M/o SJ&E
that there are only 17% efficient officials amongst the Gazetted Officers of various
cadres including IAS/IFS/IES etc., rest are outdated, inefficient incapable to
the post they are holding and these officials must be given compulsory retirement
under the relevant Fundamental Rules and Pension Rules. The Government should
not hesitate to retire compulsorily the Secretary to the Government of India for
that matter, as in some of the Ministries/Departments their contribution is less
than a peon. It is also suggested that Government should conduct an independent
survey from a reputed Organization to gauge the contribution of officials working
in the Ministries/Departments and on the basis of the report received from the
organization the provisions of compulsory retirement must be implemented.
Then only, if at all in the seriousness of thought, Government should consider
to increase the age of superannuation so that only efficient officials may man
the Ministries/Departments. Likewise, the State Government should replicate the
same formulae. R.K.Gupta Maintain standard of working in Corporate
Style Retain the existing, experienced and experts Retirement
Age of Central Government Employees, I shall, simply, say that the need of the
time is to retain the existing, experienced and experts in various governmental
duties and simultaneously new entrants from the level of Section Officer onwards
be engaged to maintain standards of working in Corporate Styles. The present on
duty employees from the level of Section Officer and above must be retained exclusively
by the Government to protect fundamental functioning pattern and implementing
of Government's ongoing liberal policies, infrastructural development and to enable
the present employees to educate the new incumbents by providing their experience
to them. Hope my opinion will have some edge to re-consider the raising of age
from 60 to 62 for the present employees. This is quite favourable to the government
especially at the time when India have threats from Pakistan and China too on
its border. H.S. Bhalla Thanks God, age of retirement is not
increased. A lot of thanks to Rahul Gandhi. Retirement age should be decreased
to 58. If retirement age can fix the national unemployment problem, then let's
reduce it to 45 years and resolve a problem which no other nation has been able
to resolve. Rita V Kumar No need to raise retirement
age I think no need to raise retirement age of the central government employees
from 60 to 62 years because old employees are not aware about present knowledge
of IT and working style J R Meena Why can't MEA pick up guys from
the other services? Besides career diplomats, you will get the expertise
of equally good guys, who are drawn from other services. Reularguy
Postings in IT deptt now not linked to performance Postings in the Income
Tax Department are now not at all linked to performance. There used to be a time
when good work was promoted by posting officers on the basis of quality of work
done by them. At present, the CBDT and Cadre Controlling CCITs have shunned performance(whether
in quantitative/Action Plan terms or in qualitative terms) as a parameter for
deciding the postings. Nowadays only two factors work: first is bogey of seniority,
often raised by non-performers to get plum postings and second is PR( read personal
services. And, mind you, it is not at all difficult to adjudge quality of work,
if CBDT wants to! Sridhar DDA should scrap infamous housing lottery,
2009 and conduct fresh draw DDA & Ministry of Urban Development, Government
of India should scrap the infamous lottery, 2009 and invite fresh applications
keeping in list the earlier bonafide applicants. Statisticians from Indian
Statistical Institute, Delhi should be invited to organise & conduct the scientific
lottery of allotments. It would be understood to all applicants. R Das TAIL-PIECE It
is the month of August, on the shores of the Black Sea . It is raining, and the
little town looks totally deserted. It is tough times, everybody is in debt, and
everybody lives on credit. Suddenly, a rich tourist comes to town. He
enters the only hotel, lays a 100 Euro note on the reception counter, and goes
to inspect the rooms upstairs in order to choose one. The hotel proprietor
takes the 100 Euro note and runs to pay his debt to the butcher. The butcher
takes the 100 Euro note, and runs to pay his debt to the pig grower. The pig
grower takes the 100 Euro note, and runs to pay his debt to the supplier of his
feed and fuel. The supplier of feed and fuel takes the 100 Euro note and runs
to pay his debt to the town's prostitute that in these hard times, gave her "services"
on credit. The hooker runs to the hotel, and pays off her debt with the 100
Euro note to the hotel proprietor to pay for the rooms that she rented when she
brought her clients there. The hotel proprietor then lays the 100 Euro note
back on the counter so that the rich tourist will not suspect anything. At
that moment, the tourist comes down after inspecting the rooms, and takes his
100 Euro note, after saying that he did not like any of the rooms, and leaves
town. No one earned anything. However, the whole town is now without debt,
and looks to the future with a lot of optimism..... JUST IMAGINE - And
that is how the business will be done : - , ; : ? ! JUST IMAGINE Contributed
